In Nishinari-ku, Osaka-shi, you can still find old Japanese row houses. We had a unique accommodation designed by T2P Architects, a disciple of the world-famous architect Tadao Ando. The small roof blends in with the neighborhood's appearance, while the metal facade creates a vivid contrast with its surroundings. At the same time, the concept of "co-housing" combines independent units that ensure privacy with a central garden that encourages interaction between residents. Our building has received numerous honors, including the ArchDaily 2023 Annual Architecture Nomination, the 2022 Good Design Award, the January 2023 cover of SPACE Magazine in Korea, and the November 2023 cover of Wallpaper Magazine.

BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. This is a guest house that is an iron-framed 3 stories building. Guest rooms are 1st floor. We (family of 3) live on 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest rooms will be comfortable for 3 people to stay. Three beds are available. Kitchen and full bathroom that guests can use exclusively are equipped on 1st floor. Other basic amenities are also there. No shared ones. (See pictures.) I am fond of talking with guests in English. Long stay recommended, because you can enjoy yourself staying in Japan.

You can feel free to use, such as 12 people a large digging your stand is there an event-party sit at the same time. System kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven,cookware, has to offer, such as tableware. Since there is a loft it is possible acceptance of the organization. Bedding will be available in the Japanese style. It is an old town house, but is already all the water around the renovation.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
