Vacation rentals with beach access in Saints Constantine and Helena

The appartment is just perfect! Probably the best Airbnb appartment we have ever stayed in. Spotless clean and highly comfortable with nice balcony and well equipped kitchen. We had everything we could wish except for the dishwasher tablets that were hard to find in the Golden Sands supermarkets (in the end we bought them in Varna). The location is great- a pool and a beach is just two minutes walking distance away. (The pool takes a fee for using sunbeds and umbrellas. We paid 15 BGN for two sunbeds and an umbrella). Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The host was nice and they issued us an invoice for our stay.

Very well located apartment. Small downside, no dedicated parking space. Once you arrive in Varna, immediately install the Pkg Varna app on your phone so that you can park without any problems in the city by paying for your space directly via the app.

the location easy to find the communicative host. the house looks exactly like a pictures , super equipped,parking was on the sidewalk , the beach close,restaurants in the area ,supermarket,pharmacy.

The host is great, he helped us move our luggage upstairs, called a taxi for us, and solved all our problems, thank you very much for the arrangement!

Vladislav is a wonderful host and communication with him was easy. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed!

We had everything we needed, our stay was as pleasant as it could be, lots of fun and things to do in Virnitsa and Varna. There are lots of spectacular views and natural views really close, our longest trip was 1 hour car ride but definitely worth it. Will stay again in the future.

Gancho was a lovely host, he was welcoming and gave us clear information using his phone to translate and bridge the language barrier. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the small apartment, it was clean and met our needs perfectly. The place is across the road from the beach and not far from the Main Street of shops. Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Very spacious and very clean villa. The swimming pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance to get to Varna, you have to prioritize local taxis. Thierry is very available if needed, he responds quickly.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Such a peaceful stay with a beautiful yard and the house is very cozy and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

The place is really tidy and clean and very well arranged. Matches the pictures. In a walkable distance from the main places in Varna. Easy to find a parking place around. Shops and places to eat around. I had a super pleasant experience and stay there. Will do it again for sure.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing month-long stay here with our two young children. The host is friendly and responsive; the apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and even more spacious than the pictures show. As we were travelling with children, we really appreciated the crib and highchair that were available for us to use. Huge terrace for relaxing and playing, great shops and food nearby, walkable to the Morska Gradina. While being in the middle of everything in Chaïka, the apartment itself is still very quiet and peaceful. Perfect place! Will seek this place out again for our next trip to Varna.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a central location but incredibly calm and safe — a perfect combination. The bed was very comfortable with an orthopedic pillow, which made for great sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, including bakeware, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and even wine glasses. The space is beautifully thought out — it truly felt like home. Stable internet was a big plus as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it!

The place met my expectations, everything was phenomenal, except it was quite loud because the elevator is located right next to the wall of the apartment, and every time someone was using it you could hear it from the apartment. But everything else was very nice)

I've stayed for the second time in this apartment with my seed, but it's definitely my favorite in the ranking. The hostess is extremely gracious and understanding, at the same time she has thought of all the details so that it is comfortable, cozy and practical for guests. And the place is amazing -quiet, peaceful, close to a market with shops, pharmacy, establishments as well as the sea garden. There is also a space available for parking. I recommend with both hands and would happily stay again!
