In St Denis, Bellepierre sector, 27 m2 one-bedroom apartment and a 7 m2 veranda, with sea view. The studio is located on the 1st floor, with elevator, of the secure residence "Les Dunes de l'Ocean" and has a parking space in the basement. The accommodation is close to all shops and amenities, 2 minutes from Bellepierre University Hospital and the city center, 5 minutes from the coastal road. It includes a living room open to the kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a veranda with sitting area.

Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and Wi-Fi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to all amenities (shopping malls, cinema, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, pools and waterfalls), 40 km from Salazie.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

The Brises bungalow

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
