We were in this apartment for the first time (usually we rent the one next door). Very nice, well-equipped apartment with everything you need, very comfortable bed and relatively comfortable sofa bed as well. Ideal for a family of 4 (2 children). Very clean apartment, beautiful terrace with enclosed garden (ideal for children) and sun in the evening. Only small "criticism" is that there is no BBQ or Plancha, but it's just a detail! Very good communication, Fanny is very accessible at all times and everything is very clear. Recommended without hesitation. See you soon!

Sophie's house is lovely. It is ideal for a family, very well located at the gates of Troyes, 1 min from shops and 5 min from factory outlets. It is practical and tastefully decorated. The garden is also nice and the terrace allowed us to enjoy all our meals outside. Board games, ping pong, billiards, ball… the kids had a good time. Sophie is a welcoming and responsive host. We really enjoyed our week, which was relaxing. Thanks Sophie, we'll be back with pleasure!

We had a great time with friends: we were 4 adults and 4 children and everyone was happy; The kids especially enjoyed their huge dorm room and the ping pong table in the barn; The adults took full advantage of the calm of the place, the garden and the large, very well-equipped kitchen.
