Vacation rentals with a patio in Sainte-Rose

The accommodation is very nice, the decor is top + and the beautiful beach of Port Louis is very close. We would have stayed much longer! We highly recommend.:)

A BIG OMG! 😲 Murielle welcomed us with such a very attentive kindness and quickly answered our questions a very nice meeting and made our stay enjoyable . The apartment is just PERFECT! Spacious, tastefully decorated for a pleasant 2-week stay, Super comfy couch My favorites of the apartment is the kitchen , modern and practical and the indoor terrace area we can open the large windows and hear the birds . There is a large tank for water outages. What about the location! We literally fell in love with the place simply , Ste-anne Market on the corner of Airbnb convenient to go buy fruits 🍑 and vegetables . Restaurants all nearby And the beach Beach in my opinion the most beautiful white and fine sand you can swim very safely with amazing views and small shops and restaurants a stone's throw away

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

Very good location for this small studio 2 steps from the beach (100 m) and a Carrefour Express (50 m). Possibility to park right next door on the church square or in the adjacent street, and apartment as described and in the photos (small but cozy). Only downside independent of the accommodation: water cuts several nights in a row, but we were lucky on the timing and there were 4 cans of emergency water (very good idea)

Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Impeccable rental, close to Milenis shopping center and airport. The instructions are clear to get to the accommodation (via waze), take the 1st path to the right from the main street... Nicole is welcoming and always available while being very discreet. I would recommend this place with modern and neat decoration and very well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Thank you Edouard and Laetitia for our pleasant stay. The place is good for my family, with two children (6 years and 21 months). The pool is great after a day of sightseeing outdoors, and is safe for young children. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, you can walk around. The accommodation is close to the beaches (5 minutes by car), as well as the pharmacy, Leclerc and Carrefour. We communicated well with the owner, who gave us some good tips for our visits. And thank you again for the welcome gifts! We really felt at home in Guadeloupe, thanks to your beautiful garden and good rum. We can't wait to come back to your place soon! 👋

The lodge is in the heart of nature, neat decor, clean, well maintained with all equipment. The host is very responsive, caring and attentive (thank you for the small touch on arrival😉). Vehicle essential. The best part: the outdoor shower which is amazing!

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

The place is really beautiful, even better than the photos. The pool, pleasantly warmed by the sun, is a real plus. The location is also very good, in a quiet neighborhood while being within walking distance to everything there is to do in Saint-François. I would recommend it 100% if you are visiting Saint-François!

Very warm welcome. The host is smiling and welcoming. The location is great: a few minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants, with the presence of frogs and birds that add to the charm. I highly recommend it! If I ever return to Guadeloupe, it will be with great pleasure that I will stay with this host again.

Our stay for four (2 adults / 2 children) at Sophie's was Perfect! Great welcome, at the agreed time with a small local fruit juice Secure residence where calm, kindness and respect for others reign, day or night. First thing when you walk into this apartment is the VIEW; BEAUTIFUL! It immediately invites you to go for a dip in the pool. Then it's the colors chosen to decorate this home, blue, yellow, green, colors that make you want to flourish in this little nest! ;-) Very well equipped, maybe even too much, but what do you expect, Sophie wants us to be at home. One question, no problem Sophie answers you right away! Constantly ventilated, and bathed in light! Really, thank you! See you soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at Celine, Gérald and Gabriel's. First of all, we were warmly welcomed by Gérald, who went around the owner and with whom we immediately sympathized. We even got a welcome basket! The accommodation is very well equipped, whether in the kitchen or bathroom, and even the bedroom which has air conditioning. The pool is large and in a beautiful garden, facing a majestic mango tree (which delighted us too). The accommodation is close to all amenities in Saint François. Impeccable accommodation, very well equipped. Perfect cleanliness. An apartment that the owner uses for himself is often a guarantee of quality amenities and here it is the case. The icing on the cake, this property is managed by Marina who communicates with great responsiveness. Her hosting is very warm, and throughout the stay she ensures the well-being of her guests.

In general, everything was perfect. Lack of details about the openings of doors to the pool... Lack of lighting at night in the commons. Lack of restocking and harmony in the glasses…etc. Lacks a little attention in case of late arrivals. The water bottle is good but may not be enough. This allows you to improve your services in an apartment where you feel very good elsewhere.

The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement. Very clean accommodation, and nothing is missing. Everything is within walking distance, bakery, supermarket, bank... Franck is always available and extremely kind. If the place hadn't been rented again we would have stayed there longer! We'll definitely be back.

Alan made sure we were greated by Christian who showed us around and explained everything. The place is on a complex of the ex Mangrove resort so there in a small but very nice beach and restaurant. Food at the restaurant is very nice. There is a bakery near buy at approx one min drive , also right beside the bakery , a very nice pizza and burger place called L’Atelier.
