A St Denis, secteur Bellepierre, appartement type T1 de 27 m2 et une varangue de 7 m2, avec vue sur la mer. Le studio se situe au 1er étage, avec ascenseur, de la résidence sécurisée « Les Dunes de l’Ocean » et dispose d’une place de parking en sous-sol. Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

Guest house au calme

En front de mer, notre studio de 40m2 est indépendant de la maison (située en face). Nous partagerons le portail d'entrée et le jardin. Vous aurez accès directement depuis le studio à une grande terrasse, non couverte. Entre tradition et modernité, il est équipé à neuf et climatisé, idéal point de départ pour découvrir l'authenticité de l'Est de La Réunion (St benoit, Salazie, Ste Suzanne). Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir et vous conseiller au mieux pour vos escapades. A bientôt!

Luxury studio with refined decor, all comforts, located on the ground floor of a villa with pool. Large terrace with dining area and sun loungers overlooking a beautiful garden, view of the cane field and the sea. Independent access. Located 7 minutes from the airport with several tourist sites nearby (La Vanilleraie, Le Phare, La sucrerie de Bois Rouge, Cascade Niagara, numerous pools, etc.). Ideal location to visit the north, the Cirque de Salazie and the East Coast.

Quiet 47 m² comfortable annex, 10 min airport

Your cozy accommodation is completely independent, with a private entrance. Small private pool, no other guests, (heated in cool season, about 27 degrees), not overlooked. Located in Sainte Marie, 10 min from R-Garros Airport and 20 min from Saint Denis. It is a relaxing place and it is the ideal starting point for many excursions (Salazie, East Coast, St Denis...). We offer accommodation for 2 adults; thank you for not receiving outside guests without consulting us!

La Villa B'Elle

For your vacation on the intense island, come and discover Villa B'Elle. This charming contemporary villa decorated in a modern style will bring you all the comforts you need. It is 2 minutes from the 4-lane highway, 10 minutes from the capital and 5 minutes from Rolland Garros Airport. You will be close to all amenities: pharmacy, cinema, shopping mall, Madame Forest Park, Bassin Bœuf, coastal path, hiking, waterfalls and 45 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles.

The ocean from your couch!

Located overlooking the city of St Denis, 15 min by car from the airport, 3 min walk from the cable car terminus, this cozy apartment (T2 of 40m² + 12m² of outdoor area) will be your ideal base from which to explore the island. Climb the few bends to reach the apartment and come and enjoy its cozy terrace as well as its magnificent panoramic ocean view. A vacation as if you were really at home but at the end of the world!

The traveler's retreat

Our bungalow, located 5 minutes from the airport, is designed to offer you a relaxing stay. You will discover a bright and airy space with a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a private terrace with garden where you can relax while listening to the birds singing. Close to all amenities (shopping malls, cinema, restaurant, pharmacy, bakery, pools and waterfalls), 40 km from Salazie.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Villa des Brises – the studio

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
