We offer a quirky room close to beaches and amenities in the beautiful Parish of St Brelade. Perfect for 2 adults looking to explore Jersey . We can accommodate up to one child (sofa bed in sitting area). The accommodation is completely private to the main house. The room has a mezzanine level with a double bed. On the bottom level is a small sitting area and a bathroom with Power-shower. We are on the most regular bus route so it is very easy to get around. Parking is available.

La maison dispose d'une terrasse face à la mer ainsi que de deux places de stationnement (pour véhicules légers seulement) Les fêtes sont interdites . Précision : La maison est entièrement rénovée au RDC. Les travaux intérieurs sont terminés mais les extérieurs sont en cours.(pas de travaux pendant les locations)

La petite maison des dunes se situe au pied des immenses plages de Barneville-Carteret, en face des Iles anglo-normandes (Jersey, Guernesey…) Proche du bourg et de ses commerces. (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pied). Le logement est situé dans un hameau calme et piéton disposant de 4 terrains de tennis (privatif) et d’un terrain de pétanque. La plage est très proche de la maison (10 minutes à pied). La petite maison des dunes est classée en meublé de tourisme (3 étoiles).

Das Fenster zum Meer - so würde ich die Unterkunft beschreiben. Egal, wie das Wetter war, wir hätten Stunden einfach nur auf dem Sofa sitzen können und die fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer genießen können. Wer in Léas Unterkunft Urlaub machen darf, kann sich sehr glücklich schätzen: Das Häuschen ist frisch renoviert, alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gut durchdacht. Es gibt verschiedene Bereiche, in denen man sich aufhalten kann, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Backofen!) und verschiedene Terrassen im Garten, von denen man das Meer sehen kann. Die Umgebung eignet sich sehr, um einen ruhigen Urlaub am Meer, in wunderschöner Natur zu verbringen. Natürlich braucht man ein Auto und natürlich ist das Wetter wechselhaft, aber das erklärt sich von selbst. Die Kommunikation mit Léa war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Wenn wir mehr Sterne vergeben könnten, würden wir das tun. Danke!!!

Sehr angenehme Wohnung. Wir waren zum 2.mal dort Und möchten wiederkommen. haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus. Ein Highlight ist der nahe , kilometerlange Strand zum Wandern oder chillen. In der ruhigen Umgebung ist Erholung garantiert. Auch hat der Kontakt mit den Vermietern optimal funktioniert. Wir können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons réserver 1 nuit, vue imprenable sur la mer que ce soit au rdc ou à l’étage. Équipements de qualité, l’accès à la mer par le portillon est un vrai plus. Le dimanche il y a un marché juste à côté, très sympa à faire. Je recommande sans hésiter !
