Recently renovated villa, 10 minutes from the airport and the city center, 3 minutes from the Ste Clotilde clinic, the university and the Technopole, 5 minutes from the south bvd. Ideal for spreading throughout the island. House on one level with terrace overlooking the ocean. Located at an altitude of 200m, it enjoys the softness of the trade winds, a tropical garden and breathtaking sun and moonrises. Swimming pool not secured. Reservation not granted if children are not swimmers. 3 parking spaces possible in the courtyard.

Beautiful villa with character, clinging to the mountain

No parties and sonos allowed. This house I dreamed of it, then I made it. My three children grew up here and are now gone. Hanging on the slope, the house opens onto an exceptional 180° sea view, its orientation shelters you from the wind and allows you to live outside all year round on the large Varangue overlooking the pool deck. You'll love my place because of the amazing views and the calm. My accommodation is perfect for families (with children) and large groups.

Original, colorful, carefully decorated, open to nature and comfortable house.

Martine took good care of us and responded immediately to any questions or problems. The house is big and we lived well there for two weeks. The bedrooms have air conditioning (is important in the summer time) and the Wifi is very fast. The location is good too; you can quickly leave the city in both directions and explore the beautiful island landscape. The bus station is only 2 min to walk and always in time; only the connection from/to the airport is complicated. Martine took good care of us and immediately responded to any of your questions or issues. The house is large and we lived there for two weeks. The rooms have air conditioning (is important in summer) and the Wifi is very fast. The location is good too; you can quickly leave the city in both directions and explore the beautiful island landscape. The bus station is only a 2 minute walk and always in time; only the connection to/from the airport is complicated.

We were first surprised to stay among the personal belongings, knickknacks, family photos, Florence; and finally we found this environment full of charm, warmth and conviviality. The very flowery garden, terrace and veranda are very pleasant. Great location to visit this part of the island, we recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in the beautiful house of Frédérique and Jean-Philippe whose original character has been tastefully preserved. Many small shops (bakeries, butcher, convenience store, caterers, wine shop,...) and the market are easily accessible on foot (something rare and very appreciated in Reunion!). It only takes less than 5 minutes by car to reach the 4 lanes and easily radiate anywhere on the island, the west entrance of St Denis is 15 minutes away. It is a townhouse located on a busy street, so the environment is lively during the day, but much quieter in the evening and on weekends. This aspect is quickly offset by the proximity to all amenities and the beautiful garden! The house is comfortable and very well equipped, perfect for a family stay!
