To be perfect, the place should have had an elevator; 53 steps to climb; not obvious for the 3 X 20! A 2d Wc with a small sink would have been a must. But our pleasure and that of our friends remained complete; also, a big thank you to the owners!

Raymond's apartment matches the listing and published photos in every way. It is also very well equipped and soundproofed. Not to mention the convenience of the garage and the elevator. As for the sea view, it is beyond words. The location of the apartment is ideal in that the building is located, so to speak, on the beach and it is only a few steps to walk along the sea, either along the dunes or towards the bay of Authie where you can watch the seals. However, you can walk to downtown Berck to enjoy shops and restaurants which are all characterized by their quality. Finally, I would like to emphasize the hospitality provided by Christophe: he was as precise and punctual as he was accommodating during check-in and checkout times. Thanks to him!

the apartment is conveniently located to do anything on foot. Outside of the tourist period, parking is easy and free. i went there when there was work on the esplanade, which could have caused noise but the work ended during my stay.

Excellent experience in this very nice apartment. The spaces are very well used, everything is very functional. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were made. Pleasant smell. Very well-equipped. Great location for our expectations. A guide was made by the host with the description of things to know, visits to do, restaurant advice. Board games and toys were available for children. The host is very responsive. Very friendly. We had a lovely weekend and had a lovely time in the apartment. A very nice terrace allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. Large bay windows make the apartment very bright. Towels and special touches were waiting for us. The little extra, the code lock, great for our mode of operation, no need to pass on the keys. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful house divided into 3 apartments. Good location between the sea and the city center. It's all about walking. The apartment is well equipped and everything works properly. Anne and Gilbert were very responsive to messages. Just a note about the photos, the bathtub has been replaced by a shower. Thank you and all the best.

We had a great stay, the house is very nice and warm. The wood fire allows for cozy evenings. The decor is very nice and fun. Comfortable bedding. The area is very nice, shops for food right next door. The owner is very nice and responsive. I recommend this place.

Rémi and Youna were quality hosts in both the communication and the service offered. A charming house decorated with care, with everything you need and close to Nausicaa and restaurants. Beautiful house close to the beautiful Hardelot Castle and close to many hiking trails. We felt right at home with everything a family with kids needed. The veranda with the foosball table and the games room is a real plus for children and allowed us to have good evenings. The garden is beautiful too. What can I say about the very warm welcome from Axel and his dad on arrival. Very good place to recommend on the Opal Coast.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

This is our second stay at David's and we plan to come back! It is a pleasant house where nothing is lacking, everything is designed for everyone's comfort: super-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, comfortable beds... View of the garden and beautiful trees. The month of April is still cool but it must be nice to enjoy the outdoor space, table, chairs, barbecue, plancha...

Exactly as in the photos. Lovingly furnished and well equipped, there was nothing lacking. Steep and narrow stairs that could be difficult for retirees or very small children, but was no problem for us. Loving welcome, even for the dogs. Although many guests with dogs were already here, according to the guest book, you would not have suspected it from the cleanliness and the interior! The beds could be a little bigger for 2 people but sufficient. Generally a rather clairaudient house, inside as well as to the neighbors. Hidden garden, safe for dogs. 3 minutes to meadows and beach sections. Highly recommended, great communication with the host and insanely quick responses! Thank you so much!

We regularly rent this studio which is near the center and the beach. We find the calm, all the amenities useful for a pleasant stay.

Very well located and very well equipped accommodation, with a very nice decoration. Françoise is very accessible, very responsive and accommodating. The beachfront is a stone's throw away, so is the restaurants. We'll be happy to go back!

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.

Excellent stay in this beautiful cozy apartment and close to all amenities. We had lunch on a covered terrace facing the sea when we arrived with local products and a jovial restaurateur on the menu, and we particularly appreciated the fishmonger at the end of the street and the proximity to the beach which we enjoyed despite the mist. Le Portel is definitely a beautiful destination for a romantic weekend getaway or a family vacation. We did not meet Margaux and Maxime but they were very responsive and friendly. We recommend them 100%.

We had a great time at Maryse and Guy's place. The accommodation was well located, clean, well-equipped and with parking space. Maryse was very nice and welcoming and gave us good advice for visiting the Opal Coast. We were seduced by the area, we'll be back for sure!
