Swimming is prohibited on the east coast but less than 15 minutes away you will have access to the beautiful waterfalls and pools of the east. You will be less than 30 minutes from the airport, the Cirque de Salazie and the hiking trails of the nature reserves. The garden under construction is enclosed. You can park your car there.

Shanti Retreat

A 40- square metre cottage in the meadows close to the natural sites of the volcano and le Piton des Neiges. It comprises a separate bedroom with a queen bed, shower and toilets, a sitting room with Canal Sat, free wifi and equipped kitchen. Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and WiFi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15 minutes drive) this makes it an ideal base at the same time: for your arrival on the island, to organize your stay; and, for the day before your departure.
