This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Our apartment offers its occupants: private balcony with stunning views of the Chaudière River, large bedroom with double bed, another smaller sunny bedroom with a single bed, comfortable living room, work desk, friendly dining area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to a common and free laundry room on the same floor. You'll be steps from several restaurants and shops. In addition, the bike path passes directly in front of the accommodation.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed can be made available to you. The room has just been painted. We have drinking water with the installation of an artesian well. You are welcome to use the BBQ on the gallery. The village is a 5-minute drive away. There's a grocery store, restaurant, and park.
