In a charming neighborhood called Saint-Servan, close to the beach (50 m): an old art gallery located on the ground floor, renovated as a home but for which we wanted to preserve its history… Very well located, everything is within walking distance (Carrefour Market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, wine shop, bus stop…) Our accommodation includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

A bright living space features a wooden dining table with black chairs and large windows that let in natural light. A partition with glass frames separates the sleeping area, which contains a spacious bed, providing a sense of privacy while maintaining an open feel.
