5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. Ferienwohnung mit Garten "La-Baita"

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral und doch herrlich ruhig und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi, dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn)

We enjoyed our stay at Joy and Dominic's place. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well kept. Everything worked properly and the apartment was located in a quiet area and was nice place to relax at the end of the day. The apartment is a 5-8 minute walk from the train station. There are also supermarkets within walking distance as well as the Parsennbahn Ski-lift. So it was a very convenient place to stay and easy to get around.

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the beamer was a great bonus for movie nights. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely space to relax, and having a parking spot in the garage was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place, especially for those interested in cross-country skiing, as the track starts right outside the building. A perfect place to stay in St. Moritz!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Sportferienwoche in Agi's Wohnung verbracht. Die Signalbahn (ins Corviglia-Skigebiet) ist direkt mit den Ski erreichbar und am Nachmittag konnten wir mit den Ski direkt wieder bis zur Wohnung fahren. Auch ein Eisfeld und ein tolles Hallenbad inkl. Wellness ist in nächster Umgebung, genauso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Suvretta-Skischule, in die unser Sohn mit Begeisterung ging. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, zu Fuss an den See und ins Zentrum zu laufen. Eine rundum gelungene Sortferienwoche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-) Herzlichen Dank, Agi!

If you're looking for a comfortable and peaceful place, you should visit this Swiss chalet where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the busy life. it’s so beautiful and cozy. The moment we got in we felt how intimate and cozy this house is. I felt like staying at a friend’s home the books the CDs collections! The beautiful fireplace. There is also a huge cabinet for board games and puzzles which my kids really enjoyed. Vivienne and her husband are very friendly and kind people treated us like family they were so kind to provide us with 2 baby beds and extra blankets. The view is the most wonderful specially when the mountains were covered with snow we spent the most exciting summer ever.

Das Appartement hat eine sensationelle Lage oberhalb des Dorfes (aber trotzdem nicht weit entfernt vom nächsten Supermarkt) und ist ganz nah zur Talabfahrt und zu den Liften. Die Aussicht vom Balkon, vom Wohn-Esszimmer und aus dem Hauptschlafzimmer ist schwer zu toppen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, die Größe der Wohnung war für uns zu dritt perfekt und mit der Ausstattung kamen wir bestens klar. Die Abstimmung mit Nicole, ihre Flexibilität beim Checkout, ihre Restauranttipps und ihre Unterstützung schon vorab bei der Parkplatzvermittlung waren allesamt sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage und würden wiederkommen, wenn wir Arosa noch einmal besuchen. Danke, Nicole!

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kids), haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt (sehr heimelig). Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral, perfekt für Ski Urlaub mit Kids die mit Ski fahren starten. Nick war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen.
