The small villa has a charming location with a wonderful view over the mountains, the plantations and far over the sea. It is beautifully decorated and practically designed with everything you need to live and be self-sufficient. The decoration of the outdoor shower is also lovingly designed. In short, a highly recommended stay in the plantations above Calibishies. Remus, who works in Calibishie, was a very pleasant host.

Great stay at this charming beach-front cabin neighborhood. Very much the Island atmosphere. Bed was comfy, AC was frosty, bathroom is clean and spacious. Hot water was tricky but once we figured out the switch it was fine. Housekeeping every day. Staff in the restaurant / bar were VERY accommodating. A really nice place for an affordable price. Highly recommend!!

The Champs is a gorgeous property located high above the hustle and bustle of Portsmouth/Picard. It was a very welcome escape for me and my fiancé. We felt right at home in the peaceful environment of the hotel—it had everything we needed from a comfy bed, air conditioning, delicious breakfast and dinner to drinks, laundry services, and even a refreshing pool. The view was beautiful as well and we enjoyed a few great sunsets from our balcony. We will definitely be back next time we visit Dominica. Special thanks to Lise and her staff who were always friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

We highly recommend this property. It is very well located: almost at the edge of the main road, so bus very easily accessible and regular, it is also located halfway between all the beauties to see in Dominica so very convenient. It is managed by Tracey, who is a great person, attentive and willing to help us with our itineraries, to arrange us. We really recommend it!

Our days at Casablanca were simply perfect! Very friendly and helpful hosts, who not only welcomed us warmly but also provided us with great tips. Casablanca is perfectly situated for excursions to the island - from here you can easily reach all the many places worth seeing! The house has a breathtaking view of the sea, is very well equipped, clean and simply cosy! Highly recommended!

This was perfect, just what I needed for my short stay. I was even able to book the villa on such short notice. I intend to return for a longer stay with my family and hope Rosemonde’s villa is available for when we visit next. I extended by a day, so I got a request for another review. My first review goes into more detail. What I thought to add was this. The outdoor shower was very clean and I did not feel uncomfortable going outside of the house to shower. The sink in the kitchen is actually outside of the window where the kitchen is located. That wasn’t an issue for me because I was only there 3 nights and hadn’t planned on cooking there, just warming up food. I was excited to see she had a toaster oven as I don’t use microwaves.

It was a special beautiful place, far from the hustle and bustle. The access road can only with 4x4 and does not invite you to go out in the evening. But that was also not necessary because the apartment was spacious , beautiful and the kitchen was fully equipped. We celebrated interesting conversations with Claire. It was a top experience.
