Fantastic location- huge space in the 2 bedroom villa.

Cecily and Curtis were very good hosts. Fixtures and fittings were slightly dated but American fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc were appreciated. Excellent views of Falmouth Harbour from villa and swimming pool. Extensive gardens were secure for children to roam. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Easy access to English Harbour and local supermarkets.

The house is a lovely, modern design all on one level. The outside area has a 180 degrees panoramic view of Falmouth Bay which you never get bored of looking at! We did stay in another house in the area too which had a feeder for attracting humming birds and this would be a nice touch for the breakfast terrace of Star House as there are some hibiscus plants in the garden. Excellent selection of restaurants in Falmouth Harbour to suit all budgets and two particular favourites of ours in the slightly more expensive range were in English Harbour - Pillars in Nelson’s Dockyard and the Italian restaurant Incanto on the opposite quayside. If you visit Nelson’s Dockyard you have to buy an entrance ticket but if you tell them where you are staying they will date it so that you can make multiple visits for the whole duration of your stay.

Our stay here was wonderful. The property was quiet and peaceful with a wonderful breeze on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and washing machine works great. Water pressure was wonderful, even with several guests. Several restaurants are close by and delicious. Don't miss out on all of the local fresh produce available right up the road and fresh cherries on site.

Admiralty House was the perfect getaway for family time together.The house was spacious and set in gorgeous surroundings.We could watch the waves roll in with beautiful sailboats on the horizon and spectacular sunsets.The beach nextdoor (5 minute easy walk) was great for beachcombing and photos.The house itself is beautiful, charming and well-kept.Our family of 12 (age ranging from 12 to 82) could all gather around the indoor/outdoor dining area for meals and laughs. The pool area was great to lounge around, while the pool itself was wonderful to cool off in.The option of air conditioning at night before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was a big plus.The House was a great launching point for seeing the entire island - beautiful beaches nearby (Pigeon and Galleon Beach were fam favorites), and restaurants in Falmouth and English Harbour conveniently accessible by car.Nathan and Clare were superb hosts-very responsive and informative.Looking forward to returning one day!

We had an amazing stay at Katie's villa at the St. James Club! The location is incredible, right on the beach on the calm bay side of the resort, which is great for swimming and has lots of shady palapas available. Plus, the beach bar is just a short walk away. The villa is much larger than it looks in the photos, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. We loved the private back patio that was steps from the beach. We opted for three days of all-inclusive and three days cooking our own meals, which was perfect for us. There are small grocery stores within a 10-minute drive, but next time we might try the larger supermarket that's a 30+ min drive away. The St. James Club itself is a large, beautiful property on a point that's nice to walk around and is very baby and kid-friendly. Having a large, quiet and not-so-busy beach plus multiple pools to choose from was great for our 10-month-old. Staff were very friendly, but sometimes slow to respond to requests. We'll be coming back!

Cecily was a great host. Normally we do a keyless entry , but she was waiting for us at the Airbnb when we arrived. The pictures don’t do justice! It is a beautiful spacious home and the views are amazing ! The grill by the pool was an amazing touch! There are a few small supermarkets nearby which made it easy to get goods Only thing I would recommend bringing soap to wash your things for the week, dishes, clothes .. etc Overall our group enjoyed the stay Thank you

Michelle and Mitch, firstly thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa in St James Club, Antigua. Your villa is amazingly spacious with more than enought room for 6 people and provided everything we could have possibly needed and its location next to the beach bar, spa and adult and childrens pool made it even more fantastic.😎😎😎 Words cannot describe the views from the balcony of the idilic paradise of Mamora Bay and I spent many hours just daydreaming soaking up the sun. The staff at the resort were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and they even brought a surprise cake for my sons 2nd bday and sang for him. Carts are available on resort to bring us home after one too many rums at the karaoke and Docksider mainly due to Leroy the bar tender experimenting on us. Loved loved loved and the drinks cart guys who would stop off at the kids pool during the day was brilliant as my little one got thirsty playing in the sun. There are so many onsite activities to do its hard to tear yourself away from the resort to visit Antigua. My grown up sons loved the free watersports, pool and beer pong while myself and sons girlfriend took advantange of the spa massages, sunset yoga and mixology class. The A/I package was amazing with so much choice from indian, chinese, italian, european and Caribbean cuisine, 24 hour cafe with the best calypso coffes to wake you up in the morning and afternoon teas lounging by the pool. Althought maybe this villa should come with a health warning for weight gain with all the yummy cakes, pastries and cocktails available as i certainly will be back on keto once home 😋🍰🍹 Again staff were always really flexible and made foods off menu to accomodate us. I cannot recommend Michelle and her villa enough. We have been coming to Antigua for over 22 yrs and this is the best place we have stayed so far by miles. We will definatly be in contact soon for a return visit in May 2020 and will possibly have to negotiate commision rates witht he amountnof our friends and family we have passed your details on too. Thank you once again you have truely made this an amazing memory filled start to 2020 xxx

Our stay here was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful retreat. The location is beautiful but ca. 30 min from the next larger town so a rental car is a must in my opinion. Given the roads on the island and the steep driveway I would highly recommend an SUV. Furthermore, I would recommend downloading Antigua’s map before driving towards the house as the provided instructions can be a little bit confusing the first time. The house itself is exactly as described and has a beautiful, private look onto half moon bay. The amenities and appliances available in the kitchen exceeded our expectations so if you are planning on cooking a lot, this is the right place! The house owner, Bruce, is extremely kind and helpful with anything that we needed during our stay and was always available. My sister forgot her ring after we checked out and he contacted us and offered multiple ways to get it back to us. Cannot recommend enough!

Lisa's house is breathtaking! The house has all you need and more. We enjoyed snorkeling at the house beach, enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool, and utilized the BBQ. Lisa has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in Antigua. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

What a wonderful stay we had at Nadia's villa! It was very clean, well appointed, spacious and updated throughout. The outside sitting/dining areas were very comfortable and the pool was a great place to cool off. Communication was easy and prompt. We've traveled all over the islands and experienced many different accommodations. I highly recommend this villa.

Dean’s listing is everything it suggests and more! We booked last minute as another hotel had stuffed up our booking and Dean couldn’t have been more accommodating with an early checkin and getting everything ready. The views are spectacular, the facilities are great and it has everything you need and more. Being in a secure complex it gives added security in terms of not worrying about possessions and the cleanliness was first class. I would highly advise a stay here if you’re planning a trip to Antigua!!

Lovely home, 10 minutes to close to English Harbor. Quite nearby to an undiscovered wonderful local restaurant - enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit.

we had a very pleasant stay at the villa and the hosts are lovely. The house is in a quite location, with an amazing view on the harbour and it is just a few minutes away from the sea, restaurants and supermarkets. it had all the amenities needed and it was very clean and tidy. perfect for a family but also for those without kids. Simonetta was a great host, getting everything ready before our arrival and helping us with suggestions about places and restaurants during our staying. we will definitely come back again!

Lovely week spent with family and friends, facilities and pool were amazing.

We had a fantastic time throughout our stay. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, and Peter is a great host. His co-host, Samantha, is the best of the best. She is warm, friendly, thoughtful, and caring—in short, she possesses every good trait of a kind person. For the 11 days we spent with her, she became like a sister to us.
