Le chalet se trouve en face de la plage municipale de Dégelis, où il y a le Pub de la Madawaska, une descente de bateau et un terrain de volleyball. Vous serez charmé par ses merveilleux couchers de soleil. À côté se trouve le camping municipal, où il est possible de profiter de plusieurs installations (piscine, pataugeoire, module de jeux, terrain de pétanque, accès aux sentiers de ski de fond, raquettes, fatbikes (sous certaines conditions et/ou frais) et de la piste cyclable (Petit Témis).

An SUV or van is required to get to the site, otherwise we offer a round-trip shuttle service.

Leave the chalet to join the snowmobile or mountain bike trails. Enjoy the nearby mountains for outdoor sports. Great for hunting and fishing enthusiasts. The lake is also perfect for swimming, sailing of all types and why not ice skating? Don't miss its sunsets and the song of loons around the campfire.

Relaxation at the Red Cottage

Peaceful location on the shores of small Lake Squatec, this cottage will allow you to enjoy your vacation in a relaxing place. With two bedrooms and a bathroom, this cottage is fully equipped and linens are provided. A dock and a relaxation area (with hammock) by the lake will allow you to relax and have fun. Pedal boat, kayak and paddle board are also available. An outdoor shelter is also available to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.

Maison du Lac

Relax with the whole family at this chalet-style house. It is on the shore of Lake Témiscouata, with a small private beach with no neighbors on either side. We have a dock for swimming only. For relaxing, we have a small wood-burning fireplace 🪵 as well as everything you need in the house. Bike path and snowmobiling trail 10 minutes away. You can also go cross-country skiing or hiking near the chalet (trails maintained by another owner).

Villa Pura Vida will offer you the opportunity to enjoy all the advantages of the Témiscouata region. The beautiful Le Petit Témis bike path passes just behind the house, The Clair Soleil Park and the majestic Lake Témiscouata are nearby and access to the Témiscouata National Park is very easy. We are close to all the services and shops of the Cabano district and we are central, no matter what activities you want to practice in the area.
