Beach condo vacation rentals in Saint Martin

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

Betty’s place was huge, bright, extremely comfortable, and squeaky clean. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos, and laid out so the 2 bedrooms are very private from each other. The thing that sets it apart, though, is the extraordinarily beautiful setting. The balcony looks over the tasteful, green pool area to palms lining the ocean beyond. It’s spectacular. The small private, sandy beach was a wonderful escape; it’s secluded by cliffs and I sat there a couple of hours each day without seeing anyone else. The property grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. Other conveniences were a surprise; a nice grocery across the street and several good restaurants within a short walk. Hard to get this kind of quiet and privacy while having so much nearby. It’s a little slice of paradise.

Nicolas’s condo was exactly as described. The view is breathtaking. It’s well equipped to cook meals and has a lot of extras that were appreciated such as beach chairs/umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, etc. He is very responsive and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again!

Few places check all the boxes for a vacation stay and this vacation was amazing. Very private, beautiful view of beach, ocean, and both pools were very nice. What a wonderful community RBC has and enjoyed meeting many new friends. A perfect 10 for us. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise on a beautiful island.

We had a great time at Amy’s BNB. Amy was very much reachable and helped with all of our requirements. The place had a common pool which was always available for us. We even enjoyed the private beach that was exclusive for the community members. Amy also made sure to provide pool supplies that were easy to cary. I would love to stay at this property on our next trip too!

This is the place to stay if you're visiting Sint Maarten. Condo is huge and immaculate. Amenities (3 pools, gorgeous private beach) are paradise. You cannot do better then this place for your stay on the island. Kathy was responsive and accommodating and generally amazing. The condo complex is in the perfect location without the crowds. We would have stayed forever if we could. Really fantastic option for families

The Anse Marcel area was perfect for us. Beautiful serene beach a short walk from the apartment which is somewhat protected from the winds. The area has enough dining options but was so nice and quiet and free from crowds during our visit. I loved the indoor/outdoor space in the living area at the apartment and enjoyed looking out at the catamarans in the morning as I sipped my espresso while the marina came to life. Hiked to a walk-in/boat-in only beach right from the apartment and had the place almost entirely to ourselves. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. 4 nights was nowhere near enough to experience everything on this island! I would absolutely look to book this place again when we return.

This place was wonderful, very big and cozy. The building is beautiful, the indoor and outdoor pool was fabulous including the sauna! Best sunsets !!

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Le logement proposé était fidèle aux photos de l'annonce, avec tout le nécessaire. L'accès est facile. Proche d'équipements intéreesant (parcours sportifs, centre ville, petite crique privée). Ce studio appelle les vacances! ca a été une vraie coupure!

The proximity to the beach was the main selling point for us. We missed the fact that the condo has two bedrooms, we assumed the extra sleeping option was the couch! So what a bonus to find that. The upstairs porch is gorgeous, didn’t spend much time there but it was so peaceful. The pool(s) are pristine. We loved all of it!

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce condo. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. C’était comme si le condo était tout neuf, jamais habité avant nous. Chaque coin et recoin brillait, ce qui a immédiatement créé un sentiment de confort et de sérénité. Un immense merci à M. Ricard, leur gestionnaire, qui nous a accueillis sur place avec beaucoup de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, ce qui a été d’une aide précieuse et a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nos hôtes ont également fait preuve d’un souci du détail exceptionnel. Tout a été pensé pour rendre notre séjour mémorable, des petites attentions jusqu’à l’aménagement parfait des espaces. On sent qu’ils mettent beaucoup d’amour et de soin dans leur accueil, et cela fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans aucune hésitation. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

The house is just like the photos, a common area with a pool, barbecue and a beautiful garden. The cleaning is excellent. It has everything you need to use in the kitchen. You can feel at home. The hosts are super attentive and are aware of everything. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!

We loved at our stay and would definitely book it again if we are back at St. Martin. Aurelie responded to all my questions within minutes. The apartment was very, very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the view to the ocean from the balcony was a favorite. Having breakfast in the balcony while hearing the ocean created nice memories for us. The area seems very safe with nice restaurants within a short walk and even a small grocery store near by. We enjoyed the short two-minute walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Everything was perfect! The location is fantastic - clean, spacious, right on the beach and 2 min walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Communication and check-in were super easy. Would recommend and come back again.

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

Thank you Gilles for hosting us. The house was beautiful, great location really 5 min walk to everything (shops, restaurants). The beach is steps away. We had everything we needed in the house. The amenities were great. We will definitely come back, we loved it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Cottages de Oyster Pond. Hôte très réactif et convivial, information pertinente et complète. Arrivée facile et accueil chaleureux de Harold qui vit sur place. Bons conseils de sa part. Logement correspond aux photos et description. Propre avec superbe vue. Lit est confortable (draps 100% cotton). Beaucoup de rangement. Cuisine est équipée de façon basique mais fonctionnelle. Pratique: serviettes de plage, un parasol, 2 petites chaises de plage. Télé: Netfilx et Youtube (pas de câble). Secteur est très tranquille et sécuritaire. On peut s'endormir au bruit des vagues. Il est facile de s'y promener. 2 restaurants et une petite épicerie pour dépanner sont à distance de marche. Une petite plage où l'on peut louer des chaises est à 5 minutes en voiture (côté néerlandais). Manger sur la terrasse/balcon tous les jours est fantastique. Piscine très bien. Ça permet de socialiser un peu mais très tranquille aussi. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

We just got back from 6 nights here and could not have been happier! The place was the perfect size for a family of 4 and more. The views from this place as just spectacular as you are right next to Simpson Bay. Both the views from the bedroom and the balcony are great. The balcony is very large and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Fritz/Wei are very responsive to messages that we sent them. We asked if they had an umbrella and while they did not, they told us there would be one when we arrived - and there was and we used it alot! There was a mixup with the beach chairs but that too was very quickly resolved. Great location as well - less than 1 minute walk to Simpson Bay, 10 minute drive to Mullet Bay, 3 minute drive to Maho (can walk if you like too), 25 to Great Bay Beach, and about 40 to Orient Bay. Grocery store is also about 3 minutes away. This was our first time to the island and my family is already talking about staying here again!
