Welcome to our refurbished apartment (in an old house). Well-maintained apartment and close to certain amenities in the city (close to bakery, convenience store, bike path etc...). Close to Parc Astérix (20 min drive), close to A1, and SNCF train station 5 min. You have a parking space in the back of the house in the yard. Common areas are under video surveillance for added security (parking + hallway).
