Bel appartement très lumineux, refait en 2017. Grande pièce à vivre de 35m2 avec 3 grandes fenêtres. Vue dégagée. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Toilettes séparés. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre ville, à 2 minutes de la gare et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du plat Gousset, du port ou de la Haute ville. Il est au cœur des commerces et des artisans de bouche de qualité. L'appartement ne dispose pas actuellement de télévision ni de wifi mais la 4G est très bien captée.

Gîte très bien équipé, de la cuisine à l'équipement pour bébé, possibilité de location du linge possible, location des draps possible, ménage fin de séjour trois propositions non inclus dans les tarif de la location. Location minimum juin à septembre à la semaine. Internet fibre gratuit.
