Vacation rentals with a balcony in Saint Lawrence River

A great project opportunity for my partner gave us the chance to live in one of my favourite cities for four months. Even though it was in the middle of winter, Montreal doesn't stop with its arts and culture. Doesn't matter how much snow may fall, and there was a lot, the restaurants fill up and the locals are out. We loved France's apartment from the photos posted and it happened to be free for the time we had in the city. She did not disappoint at all. The apartment was bright, clean, and more spacious than what we expected. It was well stocked with linens, hangers, cleaning supplies, and all one needs to settle in and be a resident. Being a lover of cooking, her kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. The neighbourhood is lovely and walkable. It is close to transit that connects to downtown and other areas if interest. We highly recommend staying at France's property. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Well located and responsive owner

We chose the apartment for its location as it was close to friends. It’s in very easy walking distance of the metro Villa Marie and the local shops of NDG (the area). The apartment is spacious, it’s on a main road but we slept well and noise didn’t bother us. We’d sit on the balcony at the front and watch people walk by. It’s probably the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in, very nicely furnished with good cooking facilities. Nathalie was a very responsive host. There were a lot of little details, like an umbrella by the front door, dishwasher tablets, soap etc & a box of “forgotten” items that could be useful, that showed a lot of thought had gone into providing the kind of things guests would find useful/helpful during their stay, not just the basics. It made the stay very easy and very welcoming. We’ll definitely stay again.

Super clean, wonderful neighbourhood - we had an excellent stay. We are a family with two small kids and enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants nearby and the clean, comfortable apartment. The bedrooms do face out onto the main road so you should expect a little bit of noise but a lovely little balcony to sit on and very comfortable all around.

We had a fantastic stay at Kathy‘s place. The location is fantastic, within 10 minutes of the GREAT Hot Suppa, and 12 minutes to the Old Port. It was exactly as we saw in the photos, with everything we needed, and some welcoming treats as well. The beds were very comfortable, and the large bedrooms gave us a sense of luxury and roominess. We were delighted with the place and would absolutely return on our next trip to Portland.

This was a beautiful space to be able to spend time with family. We cooked a big meal in the well appointed kitchen and played games in the living room. Convenient location to be walkable or a short drive to everything we needed to get to for celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Maine Law. Would definitely stay here again!

Always a pleasant experience at Andreeas! Shes a great host and her condo is in a perfect location for me. A great place to de-stress and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful, exactly as advertised, awesome amenities, pictures didn’t do justice to how great it was! Host was very responsive. Loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Shri was extremely responsive. Small hiccup with the keyless entry code that was resolved within minutes. The house is a bit out of the way, but beautiful and spotless, with all amenities as described in the listing (though we couldn't figure out how to get the AC to work). No issues with odors with the water or showers. Would recommend!

Spent a wonderful week with my family, feel honored to be the very first guests! We have already asked to come back next year, I cannot recommend this place enough! The view from the porch, the pool, the greenery all around, was just perfection. My kids also loved the main hall where we could play ping pong, pool and shoot baskets. We used the tennis court, had dinner at the food hall and loved the location to visit all our favorite Maine spots like Popham beach, Reid state park and all surrounding islands have to offer. Sheri was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful as we needed through out the stay. The house had all necessary items to move right in with groceries! Can’t wait to return.

Our stay here was amazing, the house is adorable and the views are stunning. The pool was the perfect temperature and the whole family was in the pool every day, plus the views from the pool were pretty remarkable. Sherri was a great host and super communicative and helpful. The house is set up perfectly for a large group with cute little restaurants a short car ride or boat ride away. We will definitely be back!

Everything in the cottage is brand new. The location is secluded and away from traffic. You drive down a dirt road to get to the house. Lots of great hikes and fresh lobster. The cottage is open and airy, and the back porch is great to watch the sunset. Sheri was great to work with. I had a wonderful Christmas at the Airbnb with my friends!!

This condo really exceeded our expectations in how beautifully it was decorated and the amenities that it had. The location was perfect for walking down to the shops and restaurants in the Old Port area and Patrick and Tara gave a great list of restaurants and other places to check out close by. We were only there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again some time.

This location is perfect, ski in and ski out was extremely handy. Large wonderful unit, it comfortably fit 5 adults and two kids. Easy access to the village with lots of activities for people who do not ski. This would also be a wonderful spot in the summer. Thank you for being an excellent host!

Our weekend was beautiful. The value for the money was more than reasonable. The building was beautiful. The apartment too, it was very spacious, all the amenities were there as mentioned. Everyone was more than satisfied.

Clean and cozy stay with host that goes above and beyond for their guests. We will be back!
