Great for family trips. Apartment matches the photos, not new but it's a good place to stay. The residence is secure, plus the pool which during the hot weather is amazing. Yann is very attentive and responsive. I'll be back sometime. I recommend it.

Very well furnished apartment with 4 bedrooms. The inner courtyard where we were able to park the two cars is very convenient and secure. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient thanks to clear instructions (and text contact with Germain) Perfectly fulfilled contract for a stopover night in St Laurent du Maroni!

Coming for an intense period of work, we were able to enjoy a great location. Gwenola is caring and respectful. The dogs that greet us at the entrance are well-trained and gentle. The accommodation is convenient, equipped, pleasant. A special mention for the bed, absolutely comforting after long days of work. I would highly recommend it.
