The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

Bacchus Field calms your soul. The views, the layout, and decor of this multi building estate provide flexibility, privacy and comfort for groups of various sizes. It is clear the owners have loved this house. It is thoughtfully laid out and easy to entertain in. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and/or share time together as desired. As someone who is conditioned to being on the go, I found myself simply wanting to stay at the house and enjoying all it has to offer. The dining room cottage in candlelight rivals the most romantic. We did not miss air conditioning at all. Being a bit up the mountain provided cooler evenings than other places we've stayed closer to the beach. Transfers, car rental, food delivery, chef Micheal and housekeeper Val went above and beyond to help create memories that won't be soon forgotten. Thank you for sharing. We are already looking forward to our return next December.

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

Absolutely outstanding! We have stayed in quite a few ABB in Nevis, this is the best experience we have had coming to Nevis for the past 4 years. Laurel & Mikie are so friendly and full of interesting stories and local suggestions. They even brought over fresh banana pancakes- delicious! All the extra special touches they did made our trip absolutely perfect. The grounds are magical, the views & sunsets on the wrap around deck-breath taking! The house is sparking clean and has everything you need- everything & more. The beds are super comfortable. The ceiling fans and air conditioning in the rooms-perfect. We will be back!!!!

Terrific layout of three separate buildings and pool provided a perfect combination of privacy, convenience and an indoor/outdoor ambiance for two adult couples. (plus an additional bedroom suite that would have accommodated another couple or children.) Pleasant decor and well equipped kitchen. Completely private grounds were beautifully maintained and gave the perception of being on our own, private plantation. Walkable to spectacular resort restaurant at Montpelier Plantation. Wayne's representative, Pulmattie helped us beginning with travel plans through to departure. She arranged our St. Kitt airport to Nevis transportation and our rental car. She led us to the house, gave us a tour and a lot of local information and was immediately available throughout our stay for any questions we had. She grocery shopped for us before our arrival and helped to arrange our departure transportation.

It’s all about the view! My wife and I spent hours enjoying the view on the ample patio and infinity pool. A surprise for us was that we could hear the surf from nearby Turtle Beach. Another surprise was that we could walk to Cockleshell Beach from the house in about fifteen minutes, through a path off of Turtle Beach. The house is spacious, well stocked and clean, the hosts are responsive and provide useful recommendations for enjoying St. Kitts. We are flying home and are already missing this beautiful property. Hopefully we can return soon.

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

Jackie and her husband were the best hosts! They were very understanding of our needs and even when the ferry got canceled they let us back into the home until the next ferry! They were quick with responses and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again!

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Ermel’s place was a perfect location for us to explore the island for a couple of days before we headed to Nevis for the Channel cross swim. Only a short taxi ride from the airport and walkable distance to car rentals, supermarkets and some food places. It was also a very easy walk into Basseterre along the water front. The home itself was perfect and very secure with lots of amenities for us to use and a parking space for a rental car! Thank you so much for everything Ermel and for answering any questions we had so promptly; we hope to be back again one day!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

Kenricks space is just as described, and very convenient to a lot of things. Very responsive and friendly- I enjoyed my stay :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Nevis! The host’s hospitality was truly exceptional, making our group of six feel so welcome and cared for throughout our trip. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to accommodate our group comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nevis!

This was the second time we stayed at Deon’s place and we were not disappointed. It has a feeling of being right ‘at home’. Couldn’t ask for a better place if we tried. If available we would stay there again on our next visit. We would highly, highly recommend to family and friends or anyone else looking for high end accommodation in St. Kitts.

WOW, what a great place and a great island to visit! If you are visiting St. Kitts, this is the Airbnb for you! While it is not on the water, you are only about a 10-15 min drive to some great views, great beaches, and great food! The property is beautiful, quiet, and safe. Cornella & her mother were wonderful and checked in on me throughout the trip, provided local recs, and overall just great people! The cottage was perfect - enough space, full kitchen, washer & dryer, a good working AC, etc. It was the perfect amount of space for one person (two might be a bit tight, but you can make it work for sure!). Overall, 10/10, will 100% stay here again when I am back in St. Kitts! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Cornella!

Thank you for hosting us! We had a great stay and enjoyed the multiple balconies, pools, and everything was as described and worked in the spacious apartment. The walk to the beach and nearest food is 5 to 10 minutes and felt safe.

Clean apartment, lovely area in Frigate bay. Walking distance to Marriott, and rams grocery’s store, and many restaurants nearby. Perfect place to stay in Saint Kitts!

Dale is a lovely host. This apartment is part of the family dwelling. Dale’s yoga studio adjoins. We were only there for one night but found everything to our satifaction. Dale was most helpful with organising taxis and takeaways !

Loved my stay at Ruth + James’s place! They are wonderful, gracious hosts who made me feel at home :) their property is beautiful and peaceful, with gorgeous ocean views, dogs, chickens and a cat. I could walk to the strip and to Bird Rock Beach and I got to try some of their amazing cooking. I really felt like family :) 💯 recommend for a homey, friendly, peaceful stay and a real connection to the lovely hosts :)

Great stay for the four of us mature siblings. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom and mini-split a/c for ultimate comfort and privacy. Large kitchen was easy for multiple cooks. We especially loved the screened porch where we had all of our meals when not dining out. Great for bird and monkey-viewing. Pool was clean and refreshing with lovely views all around- including daily rainbows. The widow’s walk bench provided excellent night sky gazing. Nice, hilly neighborhood for walking. Short walk to delicious Luna and a 2 minute drive to Chrishi Beach (which we had almost to ourselves). Most impressive was the prompt, friendly, all around excellent service from Mowava. She came through on everything from a can opener to local plants for soothing aches and pains to arranging pick up and drop off for arrival and departure. Jennifer’s Guide book was the source for food and activity recommendations. We highly recommend Mandevilla for a relaxing stay on wonderful Nevis.

This property is extremely quiet and in a great location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There are three bedrooms, all in separate areas of the house, and each has a full bath en suite. It is close to restaurants and the best beaches on the island. The only negative would be that some of the cabinets, appliances, etc. are a bit worn, but this is understandable for a rental property. We had a fantastic week staying at Stephen's place and would definitely do it again!
