Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint Kitts and Nevis

It was a business trip for me. Location was perfect and was within 10 mins of the work site. The apt was clean. Parking was good and the pool was bonus. A 4 min drive and you are at the strip or a 4 min drive and you are in the heart of town. Will most definitely stay again.

Let me start out by saying our stay here was absolutely phenomenal~!!! Seana and her husband were incredibly responsive…Offered to arrange transportation to and from the airport to their location..and had the refrigerator stocked with travel refreshments! Their Airbnb was just as beautiful as photographed! The cleanliness surpassed our expectations - and we were grateful for the washer/dryer that was made available riding our stay! In closing, this is an incredible place to stay - not only due to the location being close to “the action” - but it also served as a central hub to our guest that we’re traveling with us! We love staying at this property ! Shukura and her colleagues are lovely and gracious hosts. This is my second time staying here (different unit this time) over the Christmas season with my young son. Our experience this year was the same....marvellous! Shukura responded to my inquiries quickly, and always with a friendly/professional tone. I needed some extra utensils for baking and they appeared like magic! The unit was beautiful, spacious and squeaky clean. We used the pool several times during our stay too. We will return to SK next Christmas, and will not hesitate to book Shukura's place again! Our stay was fantastic. The home was very clean and the hosts responsive to any questions we had. Make sure to have a rental car for making the trip up and down the hill. The very end is a dirt road at a bit of a grade. If I visit the island again I would definitely consider staying at this same location again.

Absolutely beautiful place and view. If you are wondering if the reviews are accurate...they are. Garett is very communitive and makes getting here very simple. Once you arrive Eulin has food in fridge and she even had wine and cake for my wife's birthday! The best part is having the jeep which we drove all over the island. Highly recommend this place!

Michael's place in St. Kitts surpassed our expectations. Brand new, spotless, and spacious, it felt like a luxurious home away from home, outshining a high-end hotel we stayed at. Its prime location, a short walk to a vibrant strip of food and bars, was perfect. Michael's attention to detail, from a fully-equipped kitchen to travel advice, enhanced our experience. His hospitality included airport transfers, saving us ~$50 in taxi fares, and a memorable meal at his restaurant with some of the best burgers we've ever had. Michael was more than a host; he was a guide and a friend, always ready with suggestions and answers. This was our best Airbnb experience. Highly recommend for an amazing stay and a superb host. Can't wait to return. Five stars!

Our stay at Exotic Comfort Cottage was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Philip went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The cottage itself was everything we hoped for—nice, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts of home. A standout feature was the bathroom, which was beautifully designed and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Philip’s hospitality truly made this experience unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Our most recent visit to Nevis marked our second time staying at Starfish Cottage (first stay in November 2024). Both times we felt right at home and appreciated the newness and freshness of the Cottage. This time we noticed some discoloration in the toilets and bathtub, but it didn’t cause us to question the cleanliness of the property. We love this property for its quiet location and being ideally situated across from the beach. We love having the ability to bring our four year old to splash in the waves and make sand castles at any time of the day without an ounce of inconvenience. The property is set up like a little compound, with the sister cottages sharing a yard and perfectly sized plunge pool. It’s an amazing setup for different family units who are traveling together to be in close proximity but have their own separate personal space. We look forward to staying again and again!

Oh, my, I can’t say enough. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed being right on the beach, just a little walk away. The facilities at the house were wonderful. We all enjoyed the lovely balconies and the beautiful ocean view. Great kitchen, fully equipped, so we were able to cook. We couldn’t have had a better location on the island on which to spend Christmas. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at villa tranquil, Carmesha the host was lovely to deal with and so friendly. We had no complaints about anything during our stay, it was exactly what we were looking for and it worked out great, highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay.

What a great holiday rental! So accessible to the St. Kitts community. Can't say enough about the beauty we were surrounded with ... the landscape .. pool .. but especially the community. It has always been important to immerse ourselves in the flavor of our holiday destination and this location truly enabled us to experience the island.

We had a really nice stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient yet peaceful, and we appreciated the little touches that made it feel welcoming. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great spot that we’d definitely recommend and would happily stay at again.

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this condo for a peaceful stay. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. The pool was clean and had very pretty floral surroundings . There were two outdoor balconies with views as well . Cute kitchen and comfortable beds ..met all expectations:)

The perfect place to stay! Comfortable , convenient location with so much in walking distance . Great pool and access to the ocean with gazebo to enjoy your morning coffee. Good WiFi for those looking to work with a great desk space.
