Renee is a Wonderfull host and is cottage is perfectly situated at a walking distance to downtown Charlestown and to Pinney Beach.

Lindeta is so friendly and so accommodating. We had a bit of a mix up with the arrival time but she made herself available asap. Her house is large and has EVERYTHING you need. Extra towels and toiletries, everything. If there was something we needed, she helped us out. The house is father out and not close to town, something to keep in mind. Lovely views!

We had a lovely stay at Brett’s place in Nevis. The home, infinity pool, and grounds were beautiful and private, and looked just like the photos on the listing. Communication with Brett was also smooth. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is in poor condition and bumpy (not unusual for side roads in Nevis, but worth noting for visitors). It is best suited to an SUV if you are renting a car, and requires careful navigation, especially at night.

I stayed first week of August. Had a little trepidation as listing clearly states no AC, just ceiling fans. I was surprised at how pleasant indoor temperature was. Spacious apartment with nice breeze in evenings, nice outside patio. Peaceful view from rear. Some neighbors had dogs that made quite a ruckus after sunset. I assume dogs were barking at passersby / donkeys/ each other. After dogs stop barking, neighborhood is very, very quiet. There’s a small store across street that serves lunch. Only one menu item that changes daily. Also sodas, water, beer, and fresh cupcakes. Limited local minivans will take you to/from town. I had friends staying nearby who rented car but used vans also.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful house. The host has thought of everything—multiple lounging areas, comfortable seating and sleeping areas, tasteful and interesting decor, privacy, a sparkling pool—the list goes on! Zetland Zen is in a lush and private neighborhood away from busy areas. There were days when we didn’t leave the property, choosing to swim, sunbathe and relax at home, and cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Pulmattie, the property manager, was extremely helpful, available if needed but respectful of our privacy. This rental is truly unique. We look forward to returning!
