The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

A bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, and a child's bunk bed, living room, equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
