My family and I had a wonderful time in SK. Thanks to Claudio and her property manager for making it possible. Very easy check-in with clear instruction and very clean property. It is close to everything. Would most definitely stay again.

Arlene met and exceeded our expectations as a 'superhost'. She made timely communications and suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Everything was in pristine condition and our rental was in a safe and peaceful community with picturesque views of gorgeous sunsets and the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were always comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Definitely worth the money and we hope to stay with Arlene again!

I had a lovely stay. The space was clean and very quiet, which was great because I was visiting for work. The Wifi was very reliable so I could work and Carmen and Clive were really helpful. I suspect I will be back again for work and will definitely stay here again if it is available.

What a fantastic property, with views you dream of. Chris was so helpful, providing a huge amount of information on the island, including bar, restaurant and beach recommendations. This was invaluable for first time visitors. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We will definitely return, we had such a wonderful time.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for ten days in February. We can't say enough about this fantastic property! Penny was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and accommodating. All communication was clear, professional, accurate and friendly. Franklyn, the property manager was also fantastic. He met us at the property at check in and was available through out our stay and offered numerous recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property itself is as described with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing tropical escape in a little piece of paradise. We loved the location on a quiet beach away fron crowds of the busier parts of the island yet close enough to everything you need, perfection!! The self serve bar was a nice feature. We really enjoyed the Raggae Beach Bar, just a 5min drive or 20min walk through an interesting trail just down the beach. The Friday night lobster fest is a must! We'd highly recommend this property and plan to return soon.

Coordination of host and onsite property manager was seamless. Beautiful place in great location. Loved the pool for peaceful swims. Property was very spacious and well kept and could see beautiful sunrises. Mostly appreciated the graciousness of the onsite property manager who gave us the local flavor and demonstrated true hospitality. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again. This is THE BEST Airbnb stay we've ever had, hands down. The property is absolutely stunning and so peaceful, with spectacular views, and Akilah is the kindest host I've had the pleasure to interact with. The property was a bit more expensive than we typically spend but it was worth every penny. I constantly felt like I had to pinch myself, the views and pool were so idyllic. This will be the place I recommend for any friends looking to travel to St Kitts.

Our stay at RJ’s place was excellent! I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The place is spotless, has a well stocked kitchen, a comfy bed and a very friendly and responsive host. The pool is lovely and the surrounding grounds are well kept. Lots of things within walking distance and the condo is very private. One of our best experiences using Airbnb so far. Our week in St. Kitts was just what we needed and we can’t wait to go back!

This spot could not have been more perfect for me. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The property is so quiet and peaceful. I never heard another person or a car. Yet you have a handful of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Very cool area. The little market was so well appointed. Every little thing I needed i actually found there. Plus you can literally walk to Frigate Bay if you want. Although I would definitely get a vehicle. There was ample parking and the island is huge. You want to see everything ! Loved my 2 weeks there. Thanks!
