Beautiful cottage! Peaceful lakeside, with a small beach, bbq, outdoor and indoor fireplace! Everything is there to relax! With friends or even with kids! Annie is a very friendly host! I recommend it :-) I would like to come back in the fall to enjoy the lake more (frozen during my stay)!

We had a great stay. We would have stayed much longer. We felt right at home. Everything is there! The bedding is comfortable, the accommodation is very well-equipped (both in terms of the kitchen and the bathroom). It had everything you needed, sugar, coffee, oil! In the bathroom, we enjoyed the soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, numerous towels and the washing machine and dryer. We appreciated the storage space for clothes, hangers. The environment is very pleasant and very quiet. We did not take advantage of the outdoors but we found it very pleasant and well-equipped (brasero, barbecue, green space) The accommodation is excellent! Eric is responsive and very friendly.

Beautiful, comfortable and private cottage. Nature and the river offer beautiful views and the interior layout of the cottage offers spaces conducive to relaxation and contemplation. This was our 2nd year staying at Ryan’s and as usual it did not disappoint. Lots of room and amenities for 7 men, lots of parking space for truck and trailers, the trails were easily accessible and gas station/store across the road. It doesn’t get any better than that. Cheers

The Lac St-Jean cottage (Vauvert sector)

This is an ideal place for a quiet getaway. Everything is exactly as advertised and the property is beautiful and private - tall cedar hedges on both sides guarantee privacy. There are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there are major grocery stores and pharmacies a short drive away - everything you could possibly need. The home itself is immaculate and well equipped, and the host is friendly, proactive (we were late arriving and he called us, concerned that we might be lost), and easy to reach. This was possibly my very best Airbnb experience. Great value for a quiet private escape from the city. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
