Renovated and very cozy lakefront house in the Monts-Valins area, 5 minutes from the village of Falardeau. Really bright, with a cozy atmosphere with the gas fireplace and an extraordinary view, it feels so good! In winter, snowmobile paradise with direct access from the chalet, 20 minutes from the Valinouet ski resort, 10 minutes from the Monts Valin National Park, and close to several tourist attractions such as the Falardeau Zoo. Parking for 3 vehicles including one trailer up to 18 feet.
