The accommodation has everything you need. A well equipped kitchen, a washing machine and the bed was very cozy. No worries for staying here in winter as a heater and heating blankets are there too. The location is perfect and you can easily walk in the city where you have restaurants, Cafés and shops. Definitely highly recommended when you stay in Dunedin!

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

We loved our stay here. It worked so well for us with whole bottom floor of the house with great spacious well-equipped kitchen, separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge. We enjoyed the two large comfortable couches in the lounge and especially enjoyed sitting and looking out onto the secluded garden space. Liz was friendly and very responsive to any request. We love the area especially with the views and very close access to all the walks in the Ross Creek Reservoir Reserve.

Pam’s place was lovely and comfortable. We stayed with our 1yr old son and having a kitchen for family meals was a must. We felt comfortable and at home. The view of town was great and it was nice to not be in town but only a few minutes drive away. Pam came by to say hello and later sent husband Wayne with the dog to introduce to our little boy. They were both very lovely people and we enjoyed meeting them. We will be checking with Pam for future visits to Dunedin.

Thanks Lesley. We had a great long weekend at your home. It catered very well for 7 adults staying. It was a good location with a short, easy walk to town, provided you could walk back up the hill. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outlook. The place was warm and the beds comfortable with plenty of bedding. It was great to have a lockable garage with internal access. We appreciated the late checkout at short notice.

This is a nice stay at a great location. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in and a comfortable place to stay for nine days.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Frida was super responsive and made checking in easy. The location was close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Ken’s place was in a quiet neighborhood only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Very hilly area and he accurately described the steps you have to walk down to access the apartment. Sturdy rail made it easy to go up and down. All in all a great place to explore Dunedin from.

We had such a nice stay at Linda's for a swim competition at the pool just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is so spacious and peaceful and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Dunedin.

Cozy little house, has everything you need. The aircon means you can stay nice and warm inside. Close to the city centre, though the street it’s on is a rather steep hill. However it’s right next to a bus stop which is very convenient. Just note that the noises from the street outside can be a little loud from the bedroom.
