Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Augustine

Exceptional place, very clean & comfortable. Terry Ann definitely surpassed our expectations, everything was well thought out with attention to detail from large tv with Netflix, lots of plugs, enough linens, washer & dryer etc. Everything was as listed. Terry Ann was a remarkable host; very responsive, warm & welcoming. Once this place is available don’t hesitate to book because I will ;). Will definitely recommend and I will be back.

Savannah Bliss is in an ideal location for coffee houses, restaurants and bars. I am originally from Trinidad, however found some new interesting places to explore, apart from the above, there are local (not commercial) art galleries and craft centres, all within walking distance. The " 1 Woodbrook Place" with an IMAX complex, and open top bars and restaurants is also close by. Savannah Bliss is also a great location to set off for the beach at Maracas Bay, along the Saddle Rd. After a day's exploration, it is an ideal place to relax with very modern amenities, internet television and WiFi. It was a first visit for my partner who had a fantastic vacation.

This my favorite place to stay when I visit Trinidad although I’m from Trinidad the location is very well gated and surrounded by natures and a nice view other then the one out by the pool. If you like early morning or night walks it’s a nice hill to get your work out. I love it how peaceful the area is. James always one text away if I have any questions or problems although I had no problem he’s always available to assist thanks for having me I’ll be back in 2 months I hope it’s available.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was absolutely lovely—so warm, accommodating, and thoughtful. They offered great local recommendations that made my trip even better, and their hospitality truly made me feel right at home. I visited Trinidad for work and needed a place where I could feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep — and that’s exactly what I found here. The place was clean, with fresh bedding and good-quality towels. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated the warm touch of her mom staying up late to make sure I arrived safely — even though check-in is super easy with a key box, so you can arrive at whatever time suits you. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful hosts!

All our expectations were met, just what we were looking for, quite and very peaceful, easily accessible to all the shops and restaurants. This is our second stay ay David's place. we certainly would be back. very cleam and modern.

Everything was wonderful. It was exactly like the pictures welcoming clean and cozy. The only thing I was confused about was communicating with different people but they were all helpful. I was grateful to be allowed to stay here.

Honestly, this Airbnb was a gem. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient as it’s a stone’s throw from Shops of Arima and other amenities. Rekha was easy to communicate with, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I really appreciated the little touches too, like the decor, and the well-equipped kitchen—it felt like a home away from home. The yard was a little on the natural side, but honestly, that was part of its charm. It made the inside even more of a pleasant surprise—lovely, cozy, and clearly maintained with care. I felt at home the entire time. I’d absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, well-kept place to unwind.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Arima! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. One of the highlights was the above-ground pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. Bevan was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was great as well, peaceful but still close to everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Thank you to the best abnb hosts! Friendly , accommodating and flexible. The 360 security camera and gated private residence made my family and i feel safe and secure. This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, lots to do at the house. Looking forward for our next trip.

Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! Toll und modern ausgestattete Unterkunft nahe der Strasse mit den ganzen Pubs und Restaurants. Dennoch genügend weit weg um Ruhe zu haben. Die Check-In Anweisungen waren klar und einfach zu befolgen. Der Gastgeber reagierte jeweils schnell auf unsere Nachrichten und versorgte uns mit hilfreichen Tipps. Wi-Fi und Dusche waren auch top, der Preis fair.

This was my second time staying in one of Karen’s properties . Her properties are breathtaking and just what I needed for the few days . She is available when needed and has a very positive aura. Water pressure, water temperature, cleanliness , decor , bed , pillows and comfortability is hands down in both properties. The peacefulness that surrounds the properties was everything , seems like the apartments are sound proof. lol . If I ever do a solo trip this is my place to stay . Communication , respect and positive energy is everything to me and Karen possess them all . Thank you Karen for a wonderful experience for the second time around .
