Located nearby on the Maido road and not far from the orange tree canal. 10 minutes from CHOR, 15 minutes from Route des Tamarins, 30 minutes from the beaches of the West. The house is in the heights of St Paul and therefore enjoys a mild and pleasant temperature. Bus 21 and 71 stop 200 m away.

The house is located at the entrance to Saint Benoît, 2 minutes' walk from the ocean and its coastal path, from where you can admire the sunrise. In a very quiet area, in the middle of a tropical garden. You can access the city center, and a supermarket in 2 minutes by car. You will be ideally located to discover the east coast, its waterfalls, hikes, and wild coast. You can cool off in the pool, and enjoy a terrace for outdoor dining.
