This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Hele fijne, mooie leefruimte. Veel ruimte en licht. Aantal zitplaatsen in de zithoek/living beetje beperkt, drie a vier volwassenen kunnen comfortabel zitten. Makkelijk met de bus naar centrum Rijsel of te voet langs het water. Perfect voor een weekendje Rijsel met gezin of vrienden.

Het is een prachtig huis, alles is perfect en werkt ook perfect. We hebben enorm genoten van onze paar dagen in dit paradijsje.

We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf! Met het mooie weer hebben we genoten van de tuin en de rust van de omgeving! Ons hondje heeft zich ook geamuseerd in de grote tuin!

Personne tres sympatique et reactive Tres bon accueil a notre arrivee La maison est tres propre, bien equipee, bien agencée et la terrasse est tres agreable. Endroit au calme. Les parties de billard en soiree ont ete validées par toute la famille 😉

Une nuit incroyable offerte à mon mari pour son anniversaire. Pour avoir déjà fait plusieurs spa, celui-ci est exceptionnel, et possède le petit quelque chose en plus. La barre de pôle-dance dans la chambre et la pièce maîtresse rendent le lieu spécial. La propreté est irréprochable et le spa est cosy. Nous testerons sans doute le deuxième spa en préparation !

A lovely air B&B. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very close to the Vimy War Memorial. We also did a day trip to Paris on the fast train from nearby Arras which was convenient. I would highly recommend.

Bonne localisation logement très pratique

Céline, notre hote est très accueillante et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La location est spacieuse, moderne et très propre. Pas de difficulté pour se garer et très bonne boulangerie à 2 pas. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain passage dans le Nord

Logement agréable très lumineux et très calme avec vue agréable sur des jardins le tout dans un intérieur refait avec de nombreuses fenêtres et un superbe balcon

C est la seconde fois que nous venons dans l appartement se Tiphaine car nous avions découvert un logement très beau, spacieux et très agréable, trèsbien équipé et trèspropre. La déco est top et l emplacement idéal et calme pour visiter Lille et sa région. Une place de parking est un plus appréciable. Tiphaine est une hôte très réactive et son logement vous ravira.

Très bon séjour. Appartement spacieux moderne et bien équipé. Hote Très réactif. je recommande cet appartement.

Super moment en famille. Idéal pour se déconnecter et profiter d’une vue magnifique sur les champs avec des tracteurs qui passent pour le plaisir des enfants 🥰

We were a group of young adults and more senior adults. The house , garden and pool were fantastic for all the group. Loads of space and seating so you could easily find a quiet spot, especially in the garden. The chickens were very friendly and even Guizmo the cat seemed to get friendlier as the week went on. House was very clean when we arrived and very accessible for my wife who has limited mobility. Easy access to the patio, pool and garden was a big bonus. The surrounding area is very flat and good for cycle rides especially along the canal to Tournai which is a lovely small town. The beach at Den Haan is within an hour and well worth a visit with a huge beach, friendly sea and lots of cafes and bars. Ypres is also well worth a visit with the In Flanders Field museum a must for anyone who wants to know more about WW1. The war cemeteries were also very interesting and moving. We had a couple of early minor problems but Jocelyn responded very quickly. I would recommend for families.

Nous avons passez un week-end avec un groupe de 8 adultes et 7 enfants. Nous avons trouvé une belle maison propre, accueillante, chaleureuse et avec un beau jardin dans lequel les enfants ont eu plaisir de jouer. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants en bas âge avec des chaises hautes et des lits parapluie. Le jacuzzi a été fort apprécié par tout le monde :) Il y a des instructions claires dans toutes la maison. En bref, un super séjour de 2 jours. Dommage qu'on ne soit resté qu'un week-end !

Location très agréable et bien équipé. seul bémol au regard du tarif c'est dommage de surfacturer pour les draps et linge de toilette.

Een schitterend huisje op een prachtige locatie. Het uitzicht is mooi en je bent tegelijkertijd zo op de weg naar Oudenaarde of kluisbergen. Corrine is heel vriendelijk en super toegankelijk. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig wat je hebben wilt. Ook schoon! De tuin is afgezet. Maar voor kleinere hondjes zijn er wel gaatkes te vinden. Maar met kinderen is dit perfect.

Unfassbar tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Architektonisches Highlight. Es ist deutlich größer als auf den Bildern. Beheizter großer Pool&Außenbereich, hochwertige Einrichtung, Möbel und Ausstattung. Super freundlicher Empfang und gute Restaurant Tipps. Herrlich ruhige Nachbarschaft und Privatheit. Gute Sonos Anlage und Smart TV. Betten super bequem und sauber. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin war hervorragend und wertschätzend. Zum Empfang lag Champagner im Kühlschrank. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder ♡

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 15 Leuten und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation war zuverlässig und angenehm. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
