I recently stayed at an Airbnb property that exceeded all my expectations. The apartment, situated on the 8th floor, offers a stunning view of the Landmark 81 building right from the balcony, which was a highlight of my stay. The host was incredibly cooperative and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The property itself is well-maintained and brimming with amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The ambiance of the house is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Conveniently located, the property is within walking distance of several general stores that are open 24 hours a day. This made it easy to pick up any essentials at any time. Overall, this Airbnb is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with an amazing view.

A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Another wonderful and relaxing stay at a Nguyen and Hai Trieu AirBnB! The home was very beautiful, clean and modern, and had everything we needed! Something that wasn't listed that we were surprised to see was a washing machine! That 3rd washroom was very useful for our family of 4. The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors who were very friendly and kind! If you like malls it's a very short 10min walk to the GO Mall from the AirBnB. The mall has everything you'd need, grocery store, various food vendors, a cafeteria, clothing stores, and many other stores, as well as a cinema. Many of the vendors there accept credit card which was convenient! If you want to visit the Vincom Plaza on the west side of city, the cab ride was about 75k VND one way. One caveat to note is that the roads are a little narrow and those 90 degree turns can be bit challenging to negotiate for automobiles. However, our skilled cab drivers had no troubles.

Необычная планировка квартиры (приготовьтесь к большому количеству ступенек), но оно того стоит – особенно, когда поднимитесь на верхнюю спальню с балконом и красивым видом. Единственный минус – жилье было непросто найти, а путь до квартиры идет через узкую улицу с крутым подъемом (могут быть сложности с большими чемоданами). В остальном – отлично!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this charming homestay in Da Lat. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Tu and Ai, made us feel truly welcome. We arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly helped us settle in right away. Their care for comfort and safety really stood out — knowing that Da Lat gets cold at night, they thoughtfully set up a heater for us in advance. We stayed in a cozy bungalow nestled in a beautiful garden. The structure felt solid and well-built, and it was the perfect place to relax. Our kids loved staying on the second floor of the bungalow, where they had lovely window views and space to read and draw. The shared space of the homestay is equally inviting. Guests can make coffee, cook, or simply relax while playing with the friendly cats. One of our favorite moments was going up to the rooftop café to enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the peaceful view of Da Lat’s farms. 非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Mọi vật dụng trong nhà được chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chỉn chu, chu đáo và có gu, mang lại cảm giác ấm cúng ,tiện nghi. Không gian yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thoáng và chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

The room is very cozy, equipped with tableware and essential kitchen utensils. The furniture is a bit old, but overall it matches the pictures. The community is very pleasant, quiet, and perfect for evening strolls. There is a convenience store right downstairs, and there are also a café and a larger supermarket nearby. If I could extend my stay, I would definitely do so.
