Off the beaten track, small haven of greenery

SmiljaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A magical house cottage in a magical garden in a lovely village walking distance from the beach where you can swim and enjoy the simple life surrounded by some nature giants. I stayed for a week and loved every second of it. Cooked and worked outside. Easy to get to town but perfect to hide and connect with real nature. A lovely host too who took me around and connected me with great cultural events. Highly recommended! Thank you house!
An aerial view captures the beach house nestled in a tropical landscape, surrounded by lush greenery and sandy shores. The coastline stretches into the distance, revealing a mix of natural beauty and local development along the shore.

Bungalow with direct access to private beach

This is my first time sleeping at the bungalow. And it was super nice. I love the birdsong in the garden! In previous years I was staying in one or other of the 2 guest rooms in the main house. The bungalow is quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Access to the private beach, the shared kitchen, clean, tidy with wide open spaces make this rental a peaceful and very pleasant place.
A lodge-style bungalow is framed by natural stone and vibrant red walls. A small porch area features wooden seating and a table. Two dogs rest peacefully on the stone floor, adding a rustic charm to the inviting outdoor space.

Cocoa Village atta kwame bungalow

If you really want to find an escape, this is the place. Right on the edge of the lake in the middle of this huge cratered-mountain is the perfect getaway. The views are amazing. I suggest waking up early to watch the sun come up as the local fisherman cast their nets. They have a restaurant with a great cook. The staff is professional, friendly & helpful. If you truly want a secluded place in the heart of Ghana I suggest you stay at CoCoa Village!
A serene beach landscape is visible, framed by tall palm trees swaying gently in the breeze. The sandy shoreline leads to a calm ocean, with a clear blue sky above. A corner of a building is seen on the left, harmonizing with the natural scenery.

My recent three-day stay at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The security guy and cleaner were both incredibly friendly and personable. They always greeted me with a warm smile and were more than happy to help with any requests I had. It was clear they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure all guests had a pleasant experience. The property itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It was evident that a lot of care and attention went into keeping the space in top condition. The cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The combination of a responsive owner, friendly staff, and a clean, comfortable property made for an exceptional stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welco

Casabella homes in VGC - 2 bedroom

CasaBella was absolutely perfect! We reserved the smaller room but was offered a much more spacious part of the house. If we were staying longer we’d love to take it. The smaller space was just what we needed. Having access to a washing machine was priceless. Oh my goodness the shower was heavenly. John (security & concierge) was exceptional and so respectful. He made himself available and we really appreciated him. Toyin’s place is a gem I will DEFINITELY be back

I've stayed in a number places in Ibadan but Lola's place stands out. the location is easily accessible and very safe. The property provided hospitality at its best. Electricity was 24 hours. Her staff were excellent all the way. Communication with Lola was prompt and very easy. I will recommend anytime any day. I look forward to being back again.

Nicolas' villa is beautiful and very well maintained, tastefully decorated and similar to the photos, his staff is very attentive and Nicolas gives good advice and is very helpful. The house is nevertheless isolated in an area that is difficult to access and you share the same exterior as him and his family. Great memories, thanks again.
A row of go-karts is parked on a concrete platform, ready for racing. Participants are seated inside the karts, wearing helmets. The vibrant red and black karts contrast against the light-colored building, with greenery visible in the background.

Our staying with Mariama and Lamin was amazing! They picked us up at the airport and we had a delicious dinner with them. The room was big and had everything you needed. Mariama, Lamin and the rest of the crew were very welcoming and helpful! We definetly recommend staying with them :) Abaraka!

3 Bedroom House in Beach Road, Takoradi

BrooksRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Two friends and I had a good stay at this three-bedroom, 3-1/2 bedroom house. Every room is spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet, leafy and pretty. We had a car, but enjoyed the ten-minute walk to an okay Chinese restaurant (Han Palace, not great, but not terrible), and a fifteen-minute walk from Africa Beach Hotel, where we liked the food and the service, and loved the oceanfront view. Communication with the owner was always easy, and she responded very quickly anytime I had yet another question. And her caretaker, who lives just next door, was always available for everything we needed, from checking in and out, to showing us how to use the keys, to putting the generator on when city power went out.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful room that met all of my expectations. The amenities were exactly as described in the listing, including a washer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and WiFi which made my stay incredibly convenient. One important note is that you do need to pay for your electrical power; however, if you are mindful of your usage, it can last for up to six days. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and attentive to our needs. When we needed to extend our stay beyond the original dates, he quickly made arrangements for us to continue our visit, which I truly appreciate. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Samantha, who played a significant role in ensuring our stay was pleasant. She was kind, patient, and honest, making all the difference in our experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with fantastic support from both the owner and staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
