Beautiful house with river view

Our house welcomes you with a view of the St-Jean River, in an ideal environment for a relaxing stay. It is located in the heart of the village halfway between the dock (marina, cruise, cafe) and Mont Edouard (Spa, Ski, etc.). On the ground floor you will find one of the three bedrooms, the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom (shower). In the basement, are the other two bedrooms and bathroom with double bath as well as washer-dryer.

A welcoming house is featured with a spacious porch framed by a wooden overhang. Large windows provide views of the surrounding greenery, while stone accents complement the exterior. Trees and shrubs create a natural border, enhancing the tranquil setting.

Located on the edge of the Saint Jean River and the Saguenay Fjord. 4 queen bedrooms and possibility of renting an extra yurt. Possibility of salmon fishing in the season. Ice fishing in winter . 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Mont Edouard Station. Panoramic view of the Fjord. Heated pool. This is the most beautiful place in L'Anse st Jean. I would like to point out that the POOL IS CLOSED during the COLD season from September 15 to JUNE 1. 302157

The home is on the main route 169 and sits on approximately 6 acres of cultivated wooded land. The home consists of 2 separate units. Real and Gaetane live n the lower unit permanently and take care of the property. The upper unit is completely renovated in 2019.
