Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! 30 minutes to Popham Beach, this is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Owners live on property with small dog. Best for 2 adults.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the back porch and cozy up to fire pit while you make memories.

Shore House, Posey Unit - Ocean Front Property

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

You can sit out on the deck in the morning just feet away from the shoreline and watch eagles fly around the shoreline or boats come through the channel when the tides are high. Whether its morning spent with a cup of coffee in hand or dinnertime on the deck it's the vacation "break" you have been looking for. A "pet fee" of $60/night, per pet. DOGS ONLY

This is perfect for families that want to be in town yet still have an access to nature!

We ask that this be an adult only retreat, as there is a strong current at times in front of the home, and just isn't suitable for children - Smaller sized pups are welcome !
