Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saddar Town

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

For the price I cannot complain. There were some shortages in the kitchen items but reached out to the host and I am sure they will try to get them covered for the next guests. internet was great (I work in IT and had no issues connecting remotely 9 hours). electricity went out 2 times while a 3 day stay but the back generator kick up in 2 mins after each outage. so no complains. Great Hot water as described in the listing. gas geyser 6am to 9/10pm. no parking included and don't think I would park my car on the street overnight. The host was willing to accommodate parking in the building for a daily fees. The apartment is not a new construction which can be noticed but the effort to keep it up with time was noticeable. The building front appearance and entrance was nice.. but the surrounding were not so much. not so quite neighborhood as it is in/near the main city/downtown center location 12 mins from tariq road and sadar main bazar.

Our stay has been real great at the property. Nilofer and Shahnawaz helped us for a smooth check-in and quickly responded for any questions. They provided their full help and support whenever needed. My recommendation is for them to install one another grilled door for better security and key for lock should be changed for every new guest having keys distributed amongst the management and the guest. The location is the best for shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely love to book the property again!

My family and I had a great time here, host and help was really nice. we got everything sorted very quickly whenever we needed anything even if it was the middle of the night. security was really nice too always present and maintenance exceeded our expectations.

We loved our stay at this apartment!. This has been the best Air bnb I’ve stayed in, in Pakistan. Mustafa was already waiting for us when we first reached the apartment and made the check-in process very easy and welcoming. We walked into a beautiful apartment with a lovely scent and pre-cooled interiors , which made it feel like a sanctuary. We loved the modern and cool furniture /decor as well as the attention to detail. The apartment was really clean, had luxurious bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We slept very comfortably. The hosts and housekeepers were very courteous, professional and helpful. Rumina also quickly posted some clothes we’d forgotten behind! .

The house was fabulous and very cleverly designed with amazing furniture. The amenities provided were functional. And lastly, host was super nice and friendly.

We stayed at this place for 13 days in July. It was a great stay. AC was working well in all 3 rooms, bathrooms were decent. There were no electricity outages at all which was great! The security downstairs was available and willing to help us at any time. The host was also very responsive. We felt safe in this area as this was a gated community. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities. The washing machine was old and a bit difficult to use. This could get an upgrade. Unfortunately, no maid is provided as it is noted- however, someone should be as there is so much dust coming in due to windows kept open. Electricity is an extra charge- it is nominal; however, we were not told how much till check out-which can be a bit shocking. We would definitely recommend it. With a few upgrades- this is an ideal place for a long stay.

Great stay,loved everything about the place, well maintained and clean place, the location is also great, in the middle of the city, the host is super co operative, the house help is very nice as well , wether it’s the cook the cleaning ladies the guard the driver everybody do their job properly and wholeheartedly ! My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the owner even provided electric appliances, ensuring that we could still cook and use the kitchen when there was no gas available. The hot water tank, which ran on both electric and gas, provided us with hot water at all times. The air conditioning units were powerful enough to make us forget about the scorching weather outside, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was the presence of a standby generator in the building, which meant we never experienced any power outages from the city. The 24-hour security in the building was also a great feature that made us feel safe and secure at all times. Additionally, the location of the house was perfect. It was centrally located in Clifton, within close proximity to all the fantastic restaurants, beautiful beaches, and shopping malls. This made exploring the area and enjoying the local

Tania's apartment was a god send for us when were trying to find a suitable and secure location for us on a last minute trip to Karachi. She was very accommodating and flexible and prompt in her communications to us. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location and had all the amenities of a home away from home. The best thing was that my mom did not had to climb up any stairs. Her family in Karachi was also great in coordinating our check-in and check-out. Thank you Tania for being a great host. Recently completed 8 days stay there with my family and it was well worth it. Syed is experienced in hosting and he took care of all the little details like daily cleaning services etc. He is very responsive and all in all it was a comfortable stay in a reasonable price.

Overall, our stay was good and the apartment was comfortable. The only improvement required was cleanliness, which needed to be improved from scratch. I will be returning again to same place, because it is promised to me that for my next visit the apartment will be cleaned thoroughly Thank you
