We loved our 1st trip to Rifaina/SP. Well-located house facing the waterfront, close to everything. Offers comfort and safety. It more than met our expectations. Cozy and well-equipped wooden house: 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and new air-conditioning cooling perfectly; 2 bathrooms with excellent showers; kitchen composed of all necessary appliances and various utensils in great condition. Finally, an excellent and spacious gourmet/leisure area with a super clean pool. The pool water has a pleasant temperature because it is in the sun all the time, so we enjoy it until nighttime. Anyway, everything was great. The hosts are excellent. When we arrived at the house, there was a welcome gift (this is priceless). Fabricio, very polite, reliable and helpful, always attentive and concerned about the guests, answering all questions and needs promptly. Very great! We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

The place is very beautiful, it has a wonderful view. The house is simple but very cozy. Edvaldo is very nice, it helped us with the check-in, something that never happened in another listing and I am very grateful for that. We will definitely come back more often.

Impeccable, clean, modern, organized accommodation, close to the beach and close to several establishments such as bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Communication with Maria (host) was excellent, she is helpful and responds quickly. We recommend it and hope to return soon.

We spent pleasant days at Hugo and Simone's cottage. We received the space extremely clean with fragrant bed and bath linens. Everything works perfectly, which makes the stay even more cozy and functional. Simone was very kind and attentive to us. The highlight is undoubtedly the contact with nature. The lake view, the green area and the peace of the place add even more to the experience. Days off. I highly recommend it!

It is the second time that we have stayed in this house, we like it so much, the house is very beautiful and well equipped, being inside a gated community is a point in favor, for safety and tranquility, and even so it is very close to everything that is necessary. the Narciso responds to the messages super fast and is very quiet.

Mr. Alberto's house was exactly what my family and I needed on this holiday. A peaceful and calm place, away from the city, starry sky, dam for swimming with the optimum temperature, space and firewood to make fires. The house was well organized and clean, and the kitchen had the items we need to prepare our meals. For being a little away from the city and access being a gravel road that makes dust and can slide, I recommend: 1) driving with attention, low speed and not forget to turn on the lighthouse. 2) make a very complete list of toilet and kitchen items so you don't have to go back to the markets. As we organized ourselves well, we had no problem with this. Mr. Alberto is super cordial and attentive, we feel very welcome by him. We recommend it!!!
