Crown of Karolina *Center Brasov*

In April 21, 1689, a fire broke out in BV, on Uliţa Funarilor (the pres. st. of the Castle), a strong wind.The whole Braşov is engulfed by flames.The White Tower, the Black T. the Council House and the Black Church were also destroyed.About 300 victims were counted.The dreadful smell has been felt for years.The disaster was so great because most of the houses were made of wood, and the water sources were few in a mountain town.The BV authorities decided to ban the construction of wooden houses.

Casa Carolina Brasov - Charming city centre house

This 19th century traditional house has been designed to match what we believe people want, maximum comfort, absolute peace, holiday feel and absolute attention to detail.  Renovated in April 2019, the designers tried to keep the character of the building, keeping the original brickwork and wooden beams and restoring certain items such as: the 100 year old clawfoot bathtub and the Thonet washstand found in the attic bathroom, the Thonet chairs and the eclectic floor lamps in the living room.

Besides the studios, we have one more apartment where you have a big living room with kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Casa se afla pe dealul Cetatii, in centrul Brasovului, la 5 minute de B-dul Republicii si Piata Sfatului. Casa a fost resedinta din Brasov a primului ministru Radescu din anii '40, deci are un caracter istoric. Inauntru, casa este amenajata rustic modern, cu toate cele necesare. Magazinul Lidl este peste drum.Cartierul este linistit, pe dealul Cetatii, cu privelisti frumoase. Poiana Bv este la 30 de minute cu masina.
