Very nice and good location

Staying at DeAnn’s place was a true pleasure. The beautiful, clean home left nothing for want and I immediately felt comfortable. The staff at the property were all so lovely and helpful, too! DeAnn goes above and beyond as a host and human. Her communication was flawless and had a list of recommendations from restaurants to beauty salons! Staying at DeAnn’s is a treat, not just because of the beautiful, peaceful property, but also because of DeAnn herself.

A very clean, comfortable, tidy, pleasant place

Very nice apartment and garden. Amazing roof terrace overlooking all three volcanoes. Coffee maker and kettle on site, but unfortunately no cups. When we asked Maria about it, cups were brought to us immediately. Really very thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, well-appointed unit in a great location in Antigua. After entering through 2 doors from the street, you are greeted by a courtyard with 2 fountains and lovely plants. So peaceful. Our unit was upstairs and was a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It had a private patio with a table and chairs off the kitchen. The in-suite washer and dryer is a great amenity to have. There is a curved staircase outside the unit that takes you to the rooftop terrace. Wow, the view of the volcanoes. Coffee upstairs in the morning is a must. Tomas’ place is lovely. He is a very attentive host and is well organized; leaving clear instructions and recommendations for local sights and restaurants. He is responsive to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend staying at Tomas’ Airbnb without hesitation. I hope to return one day to Antigua and stay at Tomas’ again! Thanks so much for being a great host.

A quiet, safe and clean place; a very good experience

The location was perfect! It's about one block away from the famous Arch of Antigua, and 2 blocks from Central Park. the beds were very comfortable, shower poured abundantly! I don't recall seeing a fan, and we are used to sleeping with fans so we were worried about that but we opened the door off the back balcony and that cooled down the place. I would stay again!

I had a lovely stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly, the apartment was spacious and the courtyard was stunning. Very responsive to messages and held my luggage a few hours before my shuttle out of town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Antigua it’s centrally located and within steps from restaurants, coffee shops and more. The host was extremely communicative and check in was a breeze. Keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, and the rooms can get a bit stuffy, especially in the upper loft, but the apartment cools off quickly when you open the door.

Perfect if you need it for a long stay in Antigua as it has a well equipped kitchen. Centered in a great location in Antigua as well. Would stay here again. Recomendado! Laundry smelled great too when I received it back. Gracias!

The place in very good location, clean, has everything you need, organized, soft bed for good sleep, easy access, I recommend it and would be safe to come back ✌️

It is a cozy and well-located apartment. We have been able to stay on more than one occasion and we have always found it impeccable

They immediately helped me with a problem , super comfortable with the stay , everything was perfect , the only bad thing was the reception guys, they are somewhat pedantic , but with the apartment I have no complaints , everything is perfect. Recommended!!!

This Airbnb was really great. We felt luxurious staying here. It was an easy checkin for a late night, they provided a secure code and the building and surrounding areas were very safe. We especially loved the pool and jacuzzi which had food service as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Guatemala City. Easy to get to if you have a stop over and need to get to and from the airport quickly.

Excellent place, very large, nice rooms, the entire apartment is very clean and nice, the location is ideal since it gets off in the elevator and the shopping center is located so it is accessible to go shopping or for food, I highly recommend it and the host is the best I have found in the app.

What astonished us about this apartment was the view from the sixteenth floor. It has everything you need to be comfortable and has a modern design. We loved the golden utensils in the kitchen. They were a nice touch. The pool on the highest floor was quite an adventure.

Very good place to stay, I will definitely stay with Ericka next time, excellent location, private, clear instructions and everything at hand.
