Enjoy the lakefront living experience and reconnect with nature. The beach is a step away for relaxing and the swim area has a gradual slope into deeper water which is great for kids and adults. Light a fire in the firepit to have that unforgettable experience of roasting marsh mellows and hotdogs with the kids. This space can be utilized as 30/50 AMP Rv hook up or a Tent camping space. Cozy Fishing Cabin W/ Sunset Views On Toledo Bend

Quaint camp with big screened in porch with views of the lake, along with a dock great for fishing! Amazing sunsets and pelican or bald eagle sightings! Come enjoy fishing or relaxing! Even if the water is low that just means more beach (see photos) and still good fishing! There is a tv and lots of dvd options but we do NOT have WiFi available. If you have your own hotspot you can use the tv and sign in to your own accounts or think of our camp as a place to unplug!

It had been 30 years since I last fished Toledo Bend. The fishing was better than I remembered. Kristin’s property had easy access to the lake and was peaceful at night. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my stay. She was super responsive and helpful with questions.

The Lake Escape was amazing! caught some fish, went canoeing and kayaking, watched a couple shows read a book on the upper deck by the water. probably my favorite thing to do was to sit out on the deck in the morning,with a cup of coffee and watch and listen to the lake wake up. Great place , and if we ever come back to the area we will be looking to book another stay at the Lake Escape.
