Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Sabaneta

Juan and his wife are amazing hosts. We utilized their chef service, fully customizable menus. Breakfast daily with a couple of scheduled dinners for our full house. Extremely accommodating. We needed a pair of crouches for a twisted ankle and Juan got us a new pair. Daily cleanings with laundry service. The house is the perfect size with great outdoor space. The pool is heated for those chillier Medellín nights. The view has to be the best view in the whole city hands down.!!! Thank you guys so much !!

El anfitrión es un 10/10. Desde el día 1 estuvo pendiente. La ubicación es muy central y se siente uno muy cómodo. Es un sitio tranquilo y hay muy buen comercio. Dentro del apto todo en perfectas condiciones. Si pudiera dar una mejor comunicación la daría. Gracias

Hallelujah to Aleluya! After dealing with a less than prepared host at another AirBNB in Medellin we found Aleluya and his well equipped and ready to go place. Hustling and bustling location, modern, spacious, and clean place, and super attentive host. Hallelujah!

Excelente lugar para pasar un buen rato en familia. Tiene un excelente espacio para hacer distintas actividades cómo juegos, asado y demás. Santiago siempre fue muy atento y diligente con todo lo que necesitábamos.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, la vista es hermosa y relajante. Se encuentra en una unidad cerrada y sin embargo el lote es muy privado, muy cerca al parque del Retiro y de muchos lugares en el Oriente Antioqueño. Un buen lugar para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza.

My family and I happened to stumble upon this gem of a house about 3 years ago and just recently stayed again. Its location is as prime as it gets plus the house is very large, comfortable and clean. With cleaning person included who is excellent. Rooms are equipped with mini splits and each have their own bathroom. Can’t say enough, this place and host are the best in Medellin!

My friends and I visited for a bachelor party and wanted to be together in a safe, fun, walkable area. We get all three with this airbnb unit, plus a front desk concierge that speaks both English and Spanish. They’re very attentive to detail and will even turn on the hot tub if you’re not home so it can be hot when you arrive. There’s a smoke designated area upstairs and a nice home speaker system. Everything was great and we’d definitely come back!

We were a group of 4 girls staying at Maria’s condo in Medellín and had an amazing time! Although our stay was short, everything about it was perfect. The condo is in a quieter part of the city, which made it super peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise at night, which was great after long days out. The location is also very walkable to Provenza, so we were able to easily explore the area’s restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, especially with the 24-hour receptionit gave us peace of mind as a group of girls traveling together. Maria was also so responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The condo itself is huge, spotless, and has an absolutely stunning view of the city. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The place is exactly as described. Great for family with kids. Great view and cozy set up. I would say I think we needed more pillows, hangers , fruit holder, small things since we were a long term stay. Overall great location , Omar was very responsive and attentive To our needs would recommend. Thank you!

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

I have stayed in Medellin many times. Probably 15 different hotels and 5-6 apartments. This place to me was by far my favorite. I will look for it first in all future visits. Yes, the restaurant/bar noise is a little much. Especially considering how well the apartment seals up to sound. Mostly they quieten down at 2am though. The restaurant directly below cranks the KarolG at 6 am though. Not really sure what the purpose of this is. Maybe the staff cant function in the morning without tunes. (Try a coffee). Anyways, apple air-pods noise cancel this out. Didn’t go to the restaurant to spite them for this! Seriously, other than that, this place is the perfect spot.

Es una buena opción para visitar medellín, muy buena ubicación. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo básico para estar cómodo. El anfitrión suele responder rápido y es muy claro

Excelente lugar para disfrutar con tus amigos/familiares del mejor barrio de Medellín, recomendado por ser un lugar tranquilo y muy cercano a la zona rosa, poder disfrutar a solo unos metros y el lugar es increíble, completo y con todas las comodidades necesarias

Daniela was a great host. Responsive, friendly, and helpful with any request I had. The first night I had to deal with neighbors being loud around 4am (it seems there are a lot of short-term rentals in the building, so people are less considerate) - I communicated this to Daniela and the issue was resolved immediately. The building is central and secure, so it's easy to call an Uber and the 24-hour security guard makes you feel like your belongings will be safe while you're away. If you're a light sleeper, the unit is located on the street side directly next to a main road which has cars driving at all hours of the night. It's good for a solo traveler in town for a short stay.

It’s a tranquil location around 7 minutes in taxi / Uber to Poblado centre. The accommodation itself is very well presented. I felt very safe here, due to the neighborhood and the layout of the courtyard. Communication with the host was very good. I would return happily and was sad to be leaving. When I locked my things in the safe accidentally, the issue was resolved within minutes. It’s in a residential neighborhood but there is a nice little cafe 30 seconds walk away. I’d highly recommend this place.
