Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen aber zentralen Wohngebiet direkt im Herzen Saarbrücken gelegen. Ein Park ist direkt vor der Tür, und das beliebte Nauwieserviertel (Studentenviertel, viele Restaurants und Kneipen) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der St. Johanner Markt (dort sind die meisten Kneipen und Restaurants) sowie die Bahnhofstrasse (Einkaufsstrasse) ist zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß maximal 15 MInuten. Einen PKW Stellplatz im Hof gibt es auch.
