The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Construction trailer on the orchard by the creek with sauna

From the train station in Röblingen, you walk 10 minutes to the water mill and there in the large garden stands the construction trailer. The watermill Röblingen can also be searched in the net and you can also find some information about the mill and the property on the same page. You have your own entrance, which leads somewhat provisionally through a construction fence with a padlock and then you see it already standing on the meadow. Behind it ripples the stream.

House Albanus in Schweigenberg

In the middle of vineyards lies the Albanus house at the foot of the Schweigenberg, a southern slope in the Saale/ Unstrut. It was built in 1906 from a simple one that had existed since 1804 vineyard house to a so-called "Swiss house" with large slate roof and pergola. The special feature is the view in all directions of the Cultural landscape of the Unstrut Valley: to Neuenburg Castle, to the Unstrut, to the Zscheiplitz Monastery or across the fields.

The studio is a very special place: a large apartment with a bed, 2 additional separate bedrooms, balcony, giant sofa and above all a long table where everyone can find a seat. It offers the space you need to meet: to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, kickoffs, girls' nights, men's nights, family reunions, Christmas, Easter.....With a kitchen island and freestanding bathtub - sociability and or relaxation - and that with a view of the treetops.

The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, a separate living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bikes can be stored if needed. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are about 5 minutes' walk away.

Tiny house near the old town

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
