With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in our apartment. Relax in a cozy atmosphere or work with a view of the beautiful chestnut tree. Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. To get to the apartment you can easily take the elevator ☺️

Beautiful, renovated 3-room apartment in a central but quiet location with garden use and barbecue facilities. Sleeps up to 6 people. Parking is available on site. Shopping, train station (900 m) are within walking distance, as is the city center. Close to snack bars, tram stop and 24-hour gas station. Lake Hufeisen with a golf course invites you to swim, walk, relax and golfing. It can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the castle and is located in the historic center of Weimar. The apartment has a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen. Relax on the sunny terrace of our stylish houseboat, enjoy homemade delicacies from the fully equipped kitchen and dream in two comfortable box spring beds. Two SUPs are waiting for you to explore the Geiseltalsee. The moored boat is the ideal starting point for adventure and relaxation – on the water and yet as comfortable as a small home.

Eagle's nest in Art Nouveau townhouse

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
