Openville is a mixed use urban regeneration project developed by the Iulius Management Center company. Openville will become a landmark for the sustainable development of Timişoara, bringing together office, retail, park and entertainment functions, spanning on a total built area of 594,000 sqm.
Openville is a vibrant location, worthy of a European Capital of Culture, as well as the promoter of a broad variety of cultural, artistic and social events. The project was designed based on a new lifestyle concept, offering a unique business and shopping experience and a venue where you can enjoy life.

Brazilia Samba - Brazil Samba is a coffee with a special character, from the "fine cup" category, ie the beans are chosen so that only those that are matured and perfect to reach your cup remain! Brazil Samba is a naturally processed coffee, by drying in the sun with the fruit of the coffee tree attached to the bean, which leads to the flow of sugars from the fruit directly into the bean, leading to a natural sweetness and high creaminess. This way of processing is also the most expensive due to the time required for the outputs. Brazilian Samba has predominant notes of caramel, chocolate and hazelnuts, a creamy body and low acidity. The coffee variety is 100% Arabica, Bourbon variety, grown at an average altitude of 1,000 meters, on multiple farms in the Minas Gerais area, being harvested in the agricultural year 2020-2021. We fried it especially for you with a light to medium frying profile, to highlight its special feature, regardless of the method of preparation, be it espresso, filter or mokka pot.

The Timișoara Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral (Catedrala Mitropolitană din Timișoara) is an early 20th-century Neo-Moldavian style Orthodox church located in Timisoara, Romania. The Orthodox Cathedral is perhaps the most iconic sight in all of Timisoara. It’s massive height and size makes the Cathedral viewable from neighborhoods situated at far distances throughout the city. The enormous Cathedral has the capacity to host around 5,000 people at any given time.
Located in the front of the city center, the cathedral is found at the most strategic and focal point of the entire city. The Timisoara Cathedral is a true testament to Romanian engineering, design, architecture, will, and achievement. Its inception became a reality through the hard work done by a team of dedicated specialists who all played significant roles in the project’s fruition.
The vast majority of the materials used to create the church came from Timisoara, and its neighboring villages. The architects, artists, sculptures, painters, builders, and various other contributors were all Romanian citizens who had one goal in mind, to create a masterpiece that would distinguish the Timisoara Orthodox Cathedral as one of the most beautiful and significant Cathedrals in the entire world.

Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara (UVT) / West University of Timişoara (WUT) is the main higher education institution and research center in Western Romania. Its community comprises roughly 15000 students and over 700 academic staff. It is a comprehensive university including 11 faculties with their respective departments, as well as a Department of Teacher Training.

Timişoara is not only a cosmopolitan city highly connected to the rest of Europe, but also the city with the highest internet speed in the world and a future European Capital of Culture in 2021. Studying here, thus, can benefit students in many different ways. Moreover, the university has a modern and fully-equipped library, as well as various language and culture centers (Chinese, Portuguese, French, German, Austrian, Italian, Spanish, Serbian, etc). Last, but not least, the student campus is located in the heart of the city and is in itself an attraction, with many opportunities for leisure and living.
