drink store has over 900 different beers, sometimes even my two favorites (Tegernseer Hell, and Augustiner Helles. Priced about the same as a pint per beer (€5-7), per bottle, depending on the beer.

Incredible hamburgers. Think California Pizza Kitchen of Burgers. They are huge (great to share!) and decadent. Right across the way to the Jameson Distillery. 8 minute walk from my place.

Big open fields of grass. 12 minute walk from my place. Deer roam freely here - its a definite highlight. Bring something to feed them to get epic pics (although feeding isnt allowed). Great 4 runs.

The Dublin Zoo is a 15 minute walk from my place. Its a Zoo, which can be cool. Mostly outdoors though, so maybe not during rain. Super popular on nice weather weekends.

Want to do a nice "luxury" hop on hop off tour of Dublin? Search for "City Scape Tour Dublin". Its the best way to get an overview. GREAT for rainy days. Aishling hotel is the closest pickup stop :)

A great place to see how James is distilled, as well as enjoy it. Overall a great tourist experience. I've done it 2x before and its always fun. I would highly recommend checking it out.

If you do the "city scape dublin tour" you get cheaper entry here. Go Thursdays or Fridays and see greyhound races in person! Amazing people watching too. Not a typical tourist place, so be low key.

One of Ireland's most well known sightseeing spots. Massive cliffs! Not much more to say than this. Worth a trip if you have the time, but beware this is the ultimate tourist trap. Still, you should check it out. Fun on nice days, not so much on rainy days.

The Luas is the tram that runs thru Dublin. The Smithfield Stop is the closest to my place - a 15 minute walk. Gets you to Heusten or Connoly Station, where you can take longer distance trains.

Go here to take longer-distance trains out of Dublin. Get here via the Smithfield Luas Stop, on the Luas tram. A destination could be a day trip to Howth, or to the Bray to Greystones cliff walk.

Get on longer distance trains here. I've never traveled through here, so I don't know much about it. I rode my bike around there a bit, and it looked nice, for a train station.

Don't be confused - there is an area called "Temple Bar", and this pub which is the literally named "Temple Bar Pub" located in Temple Bar. Get a picture of yourself there. Its a tourist must-do.

"Coppers" is the place to get trashed, and see trashy people. Its a night club, no - the divey club everyone somehow ends up at. Always a sht-show. If you go here, puke BEFORE you come home, ok?

Great beach for walking and enjoying the stiff Irish breeze. Its a bit off the beaten path - easiest to get to with a Hailo (approx €20-25 from our apartment). The water is too cold for swimming (for most people!) but the beach is a nice hard-pack sand that is great for walking on.
