The original Primanti Bros spot and probably the best. Classic Pittsburgh sandwich. It's greasy and the beer is always cheap so just enjoy it.

Some of the best cider I've ever had. They do some nice dry ciders which is rare these days it seems. Sweet stuff too if you like that. I suggest buying a growler of the Picket Bone Dry and then a sweeter berry one and mixing them in a glass to cut out the sweetness.

Some of the best cider I've ever had. They do some nice dry ciders which is rare these days it seems. Sweet stuff too if you like that. I suggest buying a growler of the Picket Bone Dry and then a sweeter berry one and mixing them in a glass to cut out the sweetness.
They make some pretty good whiskey (and gin too).

Located right next to the cathedral, it's often open to the public so walk inside to get full experience of stain glass windows that include not only Christian figures but icons of literature, philosophy, government and science.

Great markets, Asian and Italian etc. Park and walk around on a weekend, it's really great. Everything closes early though so shoot for midday.
