New park, go to the top of the spiral garden! This is located close to the home, go out the driveway - turn righ onto Crawford (street the home is one) and go down about two blocks. You will see it located to the right. There's generally food trucks parked outside.

Worth going! This is the fourth largest Holocaust memorial museum in the United States. They are currently busy with construction of a new building, should be completed by Spring 2019 . Untill then they are housing a temporary museam close to NRG stadium - 9220 Kirby Drive.

Really great Zoo! Lot's to do. They have a small water park area if you need to cool the kids down in summer. https://www.houstonzoo.org/ The Zoo lights are worth seeing - if you can walk there so much better as getting parking close is a big deal!

Really great Zoo! Lot's to do. They have a small water park area if you need to cool the kids down in summer. https://www.houstonzoo.org/ The Zoo lights are worth seeing - if you can walk there so much better as getting parking close is a big deal!
Great train ride for the kids! The train also stops at the Miller Outdoor Theater (opposite the Houston Museum of Natural Science) - much closer to the house if you just want to take a ride. You can then get off at the Zoo!
