It is a tiny cafe but if you are lucky to get a sit you can enjoy some really good coffee. Pretty, cosy and really nice staff. With an Aussie touch.

Entertainment & Activities

The Széchenyi Medicinal Bath in Budapest is the largest medicinal bath in Europe. Its water is supplied by two thermal springs, their temperature is 74 °C and 77 °C, respectively. Taking the plunge The procedure for getting out of your clothes and into the water requires some explanation. All baths and pools have cabins and/or lockers. In most of the baths nowadays you are given an electronic bracelet which directs you to and then opens the locker or cabin door. Some places – the Gellért Baths, for example – still use the old, more personal method. Find a free locker or cabin yourself (it’s visual flight rules here). After getting changed in (or beside) it, seek out an attendant.

The Saint Stephen's Basilica is in the very heart of Budapest in the Pest district 3minutes walk from the apartment. Great view from the top, Highly recommend it! Saint Stephen's Basilica (V. Szent István tér): Budapest's largest church was built in Classical style between 1851 and 1905. Inside is the Hungarians' most revered relic - the mummified right hand of Hungary's first monarch, King Saint Stephen. Among many famous works of art the statues of Alajos Stróbl are well worth studying. Since its consecration the church has played an important role in Budapest's musical community. Today classical concerts as well as contemporary music performances are played here.
