Yeah. You know about this one. Get from house to a poker table in Bellagio in 12.5 mins. Being close to the 215 makes everything in Vegas central. Best part is coming back to a quiet home (phew)!

A very nice "urban pond" with real fishing for Bass, Catfish, Blue-gill, etc. Only 5-10 minute drive from the house. Great playground for kids, hiking / biking trail and tennis, basket ball. Who knew
